HOTEL EMPLOYEE & OTHER HOTEL CONCEIRGE [SORRY - SHE IS WOMAN FROM SHRI LANKA]. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND VERY HELPFUL TO EVERYONE. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO REALIZE THAT WAS ESSENTIAL ESPECIALLY WITH COVID TESTING WHICH I SAW them assist many vistors

I was very disappointed with the breakfast quality of food The room itself was very clean and spacious - its a little outdated in decor but for European bathroom it was very clean and very comfortable

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive and the location of the hotel was perfectly central to everything we wanted to see while in Paris. The toiletries provided were top notch, the room was very comfortable, and the minibar had a great selection.

The only thing that I can find disappointing was the shower. The shower head was awkwardly placed in relation to the tub and the water pressure was a bit on the light side. Other than this, the hotel was perfect.

I booked this hotel because of the close proximity to the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay. The staff was lovely and attentive to our needs. I always book a room based on guest ratings and pictures of the rooms and property and both were excellent.

The only problem I encountered was the lack of good lighting in the bathroom. I had a difficult time applying cosmetics because of this. Also, there were no English speaking television channels. I was hoping for CNN at minimum.

The location was excellent. Close to popular sights. Just off the banks of the Seine. Close to the metro and bus stops. The staff was cordial, helpful and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

There were no markets nearby. Had to walk many blocks to find one.

The location of this hotel was superb for Left Bank exploration, but also near the Seine for strolling the bridges for the full experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we needed to confirm a restaurant reservation for Valentine's Day. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends that want to explore Paris!

Smallish , intimate hotel with Friendly and very helpful staff at reception. We loved the location near the pedestrian bridge over the Seine with a short walk to the Louvre. We liked the restaurants nearby and the Hôtel breakfast was very good. Close to metro station. If anyone has a problem with steps they should check with the hotel that their room is level with the elevator. Our room was a few steps down which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for someone else

Great service on the front desk, the staff is super nice and ready to help. Breakfast was just unbelievable - really good and well served. The rooms are quite nice and new, the beds are amazing and I can't even begin to tell you about the location, just perfect. I wish I had more time to enjoy this stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to everything, walking distance and metro. The hotel was very quiet.We had a very nice room and it was always kept clean.

It was a nice boutique hotel. Location was very good. Across the Seine from the Louvre and Gardens. Close to the Seine River Dinner/Lunch cruise. Walking distance to the Musée D’Orsay which was the most beautiful museum! Walking distance to the Musee L’Orangerie as well. The paid breakfast was good and well worth the money since there weren’t many restaurants to walk to. It was convenient every morning to walk downstairs and eat. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, ham and other meats. An assortment of juices, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Croissants and breakfast breads with jellies and jams. Fresh fruits, granola and yogurt was available too.

We didn’t need two rooms. The larger room we booked could have easily been for 4 people - King bed and pull-out sofa for our girls. We would’ve saved thousands of dollars on our trip. We were told online when we booked the rooms that we needed two rooms for 4 people. Couldn’t change the reservation because we already booked the rooms ahead of time. When we arrived we went to the rooms and the first thing I said was we didn’t need two rooms. Our King room was over the door at the entrance and on the main road. You could hear people beside you and above you. It was noisy - don’t book room 12 unless this is the only room available. The other room was spacious and quiet, but had no view, but was better for sleeping. Our mattress was really hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel D'Orsay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The junior suite was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Perfect for a mom and 2 teenage daughters. The location was ideal. The street was very quiet, yet there were all sorts of shops, restaurants, etc just a block or 2 away. Additionally, the location allowed us to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do.

The check in process what amazing - the staff was fantastic - and the room what adorable, comfortable and added a little magic to our trip! Great location in middle of all the things to walk to.

Wish parking was available right there - but not the most important piece.

The staff friendliness and eagerness to help you. They were also very accommodating and always answered with a smile. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back

It was quite expensive, however, it was NYE and was reasonably priced for Paris standards!!
