Hotel Korner Eiffel

I like that location and proximity to the Eiffel Tower, train, and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean.

Room & elevator was way too small. Literally enough space for 1 person. Little to no space for luggage. Wall adaptor for plugs are different then American wall plugs so I couldn't charge my phone the 1st day, however the hotel purchased me one.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Convenient location of the hotel. Good breakfasts.

The capsules for the coffee machine were not replenished daily. It is a pity that there is no fridge in the room.

The location is walking distance to several metro stations and in quite a bustling area during the morning. There's a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower and seine river a 10 minute walk away from the hotel and the statue of liberty is there too which was a nice surprise I didn't know about until there. The room was clean and I was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly. Though we didn't have breakfast included we were still offered free hot drinks and juice which was lovely.

Good location , staff very friendly.

Took 3 attempts to find us a room due to clerical errors.1st room we went to had other guests belongings, next room we were given was under maintenance and had tools lying around and lose electrical cables.Finally got into the 3rd room and everything was fine.Entry door wasn't working sufficiently and staff had to keep opening and closing but nothing major.

The employees at the reception were the nicest ❤️❤️❤️, so kind , understanding and always ready to help. One of the staff even helped take my luggages up to my room since the lift was not fonctionnal.The location was ideal for getting to touristic sites and very secure as well.

The lift was not fonctional , my room was at the 5th floor.The rooms very small but 2 people could manage.

? SCAM ALERT. FRAUDULENT PROPERTY. DO NOT BOOK. ?This place is a TOTAL SCAM. I have never experienced such fraud, lies, and abuse from a property and its administration.They illegally took $570 from us and refused to provide the service we fully paid for. Because we arrived late, they denied entry, cancelled our reservation WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, and kept all the money. This is nothing but THEFT.The administration is extremely rude, aggressive, and hostile. They shout, threaten with “rules,” and completely ignore guests. There is zero professionalism, zero ethics, and zero respect. They do not look for solutions — they look for excuses to steal money.We were deliberately lied to. They clearly said: “Don’t worry, you will get a 100% refund.” This was a calculated lie. Later they changed their story and blamed us, refusing any refund. This is intentional deception.Even worse, Booking.com protected this fraudulent property instead of the customer. As a long-term loyal user, I am shocked. Booking.com allowed this scam to happen and lost my trust permanently.This apartment is uncomfortable, unsafe, stressful, and toxic. Staying here is a nightmare. Lobby. We can drink tea or coffee in the seats and watch the street view here. It feels like you are sitting between you home and on the street.

super close to the eiffel tower, city centre, many shops near the hotel, friendly and helpfull staff!!

hotel room inside was quite and located closer to facilities, Eiffel tower is within 20 min walking distance. Lift was working but enough to accommodate 2, staff speak English.

Not the best beds but not the bad, rooms are smaller but not compacted, bathroom is ok but not all facilities there. But got everything for the price.

The only complaint is there was no air conditioning in the room, and the ceiling fan was not working.

• When we arrived, the elevator was out of service, which made carrying luggage up to higher floors quite difficult (especially with children and seniors).• Cleaning could be improved; during our stay the floors and linens did not feel as fresh as expected.
