Great location and receptionist was very helpful

The lifts were a bit small and the rooms were a little dated.

Super comfy bed, great shower, quiet room. Would stay again.

I thought the breakfast, while very good, was a bit pricey.

Room was great! It's Paris, so it is expected to be small but it did not feel as such. The bathroom was great and came with a tub, which I loved. Also, the cheetah print carpet in the hotel is the cutest!!!! Much adored :)

Nice and varied breakfast spread, easy access to metros with many sights within walking distance, friendly staff, and cozy, comfortable rooms.

The room was bigger than I expected and beautiful. Maybe they made the upgrade. It was also very clean.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: it is very cozy, sophisticated, boutique-style, and the staff is hospitable. The room is large, the bathroom is spacious, and they greeted us with champagne upon check-in. The location is very convenient.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Room very spacious and well equipped. Towels and robes super soft. The night cream testers were beautiful. Close to shopping district and metro.

I would like to see France introduce a top sheet as the room was way too hot and we turned heating off and opened the window it was still hot. We have struggled with this for 8 weeks travelling around France.

I booked the hotel for my sister and cousin to have a short city break. Their feedback to me was incredibly enthusiastic. What stood out for them was the professionalism and friendliness of the service and care they took to make sure they felt welcomed. Attention to detail also featured.

The cost of breakfast put them off having it at the hotel, preferring to use local cafes. That worked well for them.

The room was comfortable and quiet so we slept very well. The staff were friendly and we were treated with champagne. The location is close to the metro station and took about 30 minutes to get to the airport from directly (Orly).

There was an unexpected €50 cost charged at the hotel due to booking through booking.com which was only told to us on leaving.

It was my second stay at this hotel. First was with my friend, second was with my kids and family. I'm always traveling to Paris for work. I stayed more than 15 times in Paris. I can say that Le Relais Madeleine is my home in Paris. Every little thing about this hotel is great.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel felt very relaxed. Amazingly convenient location. The room I had was well decorated and clean; bathroom seemed brand new. Room amenities were great; lovely nespresso machine, mini bar and other options; extra pillows etc. altogether great value for a Paris hotel in this super convenient location.

My room was on the ground floor so subject to noise late at night with guests coming in the hotel and early in the morning with staff moving around. An extra towel in the bathroom would have been welcome. These are, however, small points compared to the overall experience and value for money (especially given the location).

Relais Madeleine is a quintessentially French hotel, providing charm, comfort and attention to detail. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The location is excellent, close to three Metro stations and within easy walking distance of some the main sights of Paris. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as excellent shopping opportunities of all descriptions.This is our fourth stay at one of the Paris Relais collection of hotels and we would definitely return.

Dear La Relais MadelaneTeam,I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel.Before our arrival, we had requested a surprise – a bottle of champagne – to celebrate a special birthday. Unfortunately, the surprise was completely spoiled when the receptionist asked the birthday guest to pay for the champagne and even questioned whether I had ordered it. This not only ruined the intended surprise but also caused unnecessary confusion and discomfort.And there no champagne glasses in the room. Additionally, we were charged €96.90 instead of the originally communicated €60, with the explanation that additional fees and taxes were included. However, we were not informed of these extra charges in advance, which felt misleading and unfair.The most upsetting part is that a carefully planned birthday surprise was mishandled, turning what should have been a joyful moment into an awkward one.We hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve future guests’ experiences.

The breakfast very good quality little choice expensive for what is on offer. The staff specially reception is very friendly very helpful they made me feel at home the coffee is fresh and tasty the orange juice is fresh as well
