Staff is helpful, overall clean

The fact that the coffee machine wasn¿t working one day and how narrow the hallways were, my baby stroller did not fit.

Location

We have to rekey the keys every time we went out!! Even the manager had to come open or check if we got in.

The rooms are dirty. Linens have hair all over them. They changed my room twice.

Princess and the team at reception were incredibly kind and welcoming and met our every need. They even encouraged my poor French. Highly recommend as a stunning cosy place to stay where you feel very welcome. The gym and sauna were a lovely chic addition.

Great location, very neat area, close to everything.

The room was tiny. really very hard to organise with luggage, although we didn't have a lot of stuff it was very hard to manage.

Excellent, attentive staff and very clean. High quality breakfast with free tea and coffee all day. In a lovely, safe area of Paris.

Remarkable hotel.Cleanliness and very comfortable beds. Nearby is full of restaurants and attractions, and at the same time it is so quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly, they immediately responded to book us the restaurants we wanted to visit.There is a metro nearby as well as water and wine shops. I highly recommend it.

I have no complaints. Maybe it's a bit strange that this deposit is required upon check-in, but these are hotel rules.

The rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly, the location is perfect, the overall view is nice, the street is central yet quite, and everything is nearby and available.

Beautiful renovation, the reception and the breakfast area are beautiful made and its lovely to spend time there. the staff its really helpful and friendly.

nothing, note: no dinner service as far as i am aware of and it would be nive to have hotel branded umbrellas.

Great location, nice and cozy design, newly refurbished as of Jan 2026. Most of the staff is professional and very helpful and friendly. Some of the rooms are quite spacious. Nice lobby area with coffee and water. We stayed in two different rooms of the same standard - one was smelly and had a horrible mattress, the other one turned out to be way bigger, smelled lovely and seemed to have a firmer mattress too. I would stay again (with ear sound stoppers).

Complete lack of soundproofing in the windows and doors (there's a gap under the door so you can see the light from the corridor getting into the room and hear everyone passing by), drainage odor in some of the rooms, some cleaning issues (we found a huge pile of shaved hair in one of our towels and some hair in another on a different day, plus dust on the ventilators - otherwise everything was very clean). Horrible old pillows without an option to change them. No slippers in the rooms. Plastic coffee cups in the rooms - a terrible idea for hot water. No fridge in the room (of a 4 star hotel???)

Really nice hotel, room was compact but adequate, immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very accommodating, and there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

Room coiuld be bigger, but otherwise faultless
