Hotel Mirabeau Eiffel

The picture are not reflected the current status of the hotel is more like a kennel then human hotel, nasty,filthy old neverfix anithyng ir is broken stay broken and spen 10 minutes and decide to leave I fill my money was stolen from me I want my mone.

The only thing they have going for it is the location everything else is fake really good in the pictures

The location was great everything around the hotel and easy to reach the metro station.

The room is not what we expected... it was very small!!

The hotel was very well located on a quite street. The room was comfortable, but a little short on closet space.

There no electrical plugs next to the bed. Could not charge phone and use it in bed at the same time.

No functioning air conditioning. Internet was not immediately available; staff on duty did not know how to reboot router for Internet. No solution provided to lack of air conditioning. Room small; noise from neighbours at night. Avoid hotel.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly. Location is okay as it's just 5 minutes away from subway station.

Great customer service. Nice Neighborhood. About a 15-30min walk to Eiffel Tower depending on how fast you walk. Really not bad once you start walking because so many things and scenery on the way. Parking was helpful. Good price.

Loved everything really. Rooms were a little small, but we were only really there to sleep. Clean and neat.

Street-level noise. Small (European) elevator could not accommodate more than 1 person and his baggage at a time. Some staff were very nice and accommodating, others were more standoffish.

Elevator is a bit small

This small hotel is just a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is just a 5 minute walk to Javel Train Station. The rooms are very clean and I found the staff very helpful. The 12 euro breakfast was very convenient.

The room was small and dark, although it was clean. The bathroom was tiny and I could bearably turn around in it. Did not get the safe to work. Fridge in the room did not really cool. The breakfast was okay but way to pricey for what you get. There was a limited offering of foods. Everything wrapped in plastic packaging. The food and beverages were not really fresh. For 14 euro I expected more. It is of course comfortable to eat in the hotel but it could be done with some more French class.

The staff were friendly and helpful.Excellent location in a quiet street.

Toilet tank refilling several times a minute continuously. Noise from other guests in the room above and letting the door from the courtyard slam.

We liked the room…

There where some issues with organization and space. (the room was smaller than expected and did not match photos on the site), one of the towels in the bed had some dirty spots on it, but after requesting a new one it was okay. But it was comfortable and we had a good stay.

Well located

Worst stay of my life - no hot water for 2 days. Electricity kept cutting out. Staff were not understanding or kind. They offered a coffee and expected that to be enough. No refund was given.

Numerous advantages: friendly and helpful staff, the room and bathroom bigger than expected, brilliant location - close to the metro station, shops and restaurants and only 20-30 min on foot to the Eiffel Tower. Good value for money!

No hot water. Electricity kept cutting out. Room was freezing with no heating. Staff were not at all understanding (they offered a coffee machine coffee and thought it made up for the fact we could not have a shower for 2 days!) refused to give me a refund for 2 rooms even under these conditions.I returned to my room and the door had been left open by the cleaning staff. Walls, carpets and doors are stained and very tired. Avoid this hotel. Worst I’ve ever experienced.
