YOOMA Urban Lodge Tour Eiffel

Location

A great hotel for families and children. Decor was entirely focused on video games. Excellent for children nd play areas . They were not well informed about the locations of strikes and demonstrations and travel on Sept 18.

We liked how close we were to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. The staff were friendly.

The theme was interesting (video games). The hallway looked like we were in a spaceship and smelled heavily of metal.

Look and feel

Horrendous staff. First they charged me for staying and then interrupted breakfast with family to ask for breakfast fees. Those fees should already been included in the stay, still charged me additional. Very poor communication led by manager.

Great room to accommodate 6 people, especially for kids

Rooms are small and elevator from the forums floor to the lobby smelled like urine

Location and amenities

It was so fun. Breakfast was excellent. The kids enjoyed so much and there was room for everyone. I highly recommend for families (esp those with more than 2 kids)!

We couldn’t tell which was body wash or shampoo (pretty sure they were the same)

The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, the metro, and the Eiffel Tower. The room was a perfect size for our family of five; we could have even fit one more, allowing us to all stay together! Our kids enjoyed hanging out in the lobby, playing free video games, after seeing the sights of Paris all day.

Location was perfect! Close enough to walk to main attractions, but still quiet at night.

PERFECT FAMILY HOTE, ITS MY SECOND STAY,CLOSE TO SHOPPING MALLS, RESTAURANTS CAFES ETCTHE HOTEL HAS CAFETERIA IF YOU LIKE TO OEDER APIZZA, FRIES, COFFE ETC AND ALSO A BARTHE HAVE TABLE GAMES AVAILABLE TO BORROW, FREE ARCADE GAMES AND A POOL TABLE, ON EACH FLOOR A SMALL KITCHEN AREA WHERE WE REFILLED OUR WATER BOTTLES, GYM AND A LAUNDRY AREA WHERE I WAS ABLE TO DO THE KIDS LAUNDY, STAFF IS AWESOME AS WELL, SPEAK ALL LANGUAGES

Location is ok

Beware of NO AC. They say you cancel and get refund but that’s when you arrive the hotel.

Power outlets not working. No phone on room to contact front desk. Electrical Breakers tripped causing water heater and air conditioner to stop working, and there were no personnel to fix it. Hotel alarm was activated and there were nobody to guide or to assist during the whole hotel evacuation, neither to provide an explanation.

Great Family Stay at YOOMA ParisWe really enjoyed our stay at YOOMA Paris. The room was spacious and perfect for families. Our kids loved the smart layout—especially the separate toilet and shower, and the double beds with sliding woods that gave everyone a bit of privacy. The highlight for both kids and adults was definitely the arcade and playroom. Such a fun bonus!Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices, though it would be even better if cucumber and tomatoes were added to the buffet. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location is also great, just about a 10‑minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.Overall, a wonderful place for families visiting Paris. We will absolutely come back!

I like everything in this hotel.

Everything. Location is central walking distance to Eiffel Tower, staffs are always willing to help out, family friendly hotel with fun arcade games to spend time together with my son. Room is also spacious.

Don’t have anything to order at Bar so far. Bar snacks are limited but we can always Uber eat.

Rooms are smaller than expected, pillow cases weren't clean, unpleasant smell in the hotel

This place is amazing for families. The rooms are spacious and clean and there’s a ton for kids to do. Our little ones really enjoyed the play room and our older kids loved the classic arcade games. The free breakfast was very good as well as the food and drinks served at the bar area and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and to make things even more convenient, there’s luggage storage on the property which we used after we checked out.

Location is great.

What I notice when I order pizza was that they were getting the drinks from other customers with their hands and then without washing or cleaning they hold my pizza for cutting it. The rooms are small and in some places in the shower are molds but I guess the high price is because of the location. Breakfast is average but it doesn't cost too much.

We were 5 adults in a room (parents, daughters and son), with bunk beds. It was just right for us, and with a good price also. We had a nice time in Paris, and the hotel was well located and give us an ok place to stay. The ground floor lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed it a lot. The size of the room was small but we managed.

the children's play room was a hit with our daughter. we ended up spending an evening in the hotel rather than visiting the city because she enjoyed the play room so much.

the o site restaurant is vegetarian only, my understanding is that the food is great... but I personally missed some meat

Friendliest staff, family friendly especially with young kids. Close to the Pari’s main attraction.
