    Pros +

    • Quiet side street location yet near nightlife, shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff, loaded with information.
    • Good cheap option for a stay close to a metro.
    • The hotel is situated in the safe and nice 13 district in Paris. Right by Place d'Italie which has 3 major metro lines that are very well connected to the heart of the city. The hotel room was cozy and sparking clean. The staff was very kind and generous. Great value for money!

    Cons -

    • I'd like a real coffee maker.
    • Unconfortable hard bed, but its a budget hotel after all.
    • It was a bit challenging to control the room temperature. But it wasn't a big issue. All was good!

Simple accommodation without frills, good location, friendly staff and decent rooms. For the price, right in the centre of Paris, it's tip-top and exactly what I was looking for. Would book again.

I don't like that you have to log in with your email to use the Wi-Fi, and the rooms aren't well insulated if you're sensitive to noise.

I loved this hotel! I traveled through Europe for 4 months and this one was one of my favorites. Everything works and is just what is needed, almost like someone lives there and has worked out all the bugs. I stayed as a stop before flying out of Orly, and the M7 to M14 metro worked really well in getting to the Airport from the hotel

The location is 13th Arrondissement, which means you need to bus or metro to the top tourist sites. French doors are confusing for Americans - shutting doesn't lock, you turn the bolt to secure the door from the inside, from the outside you turn the key to lock

I liked the studio, it was spacious and comfortable. The metro is very close to the hotel.

The internet connection wasn't working properly.

The staff was great. Location is good being close to metro stop. The mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave is a bonus.

The neighbors in the next room were horrible. Little daughter throwing a temper and screaming even at midnight and then early in the morning..but I guess it is something the hotel management could do nothing about.

It was a good location near to the metro!

The bathroom had an excessive amount of mold. The toilet continued to run and was very noisy. The room was small and the bed was directly on the floor. Would not stay here again. ALSO, keep in mind there is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up to your room (2 for ours, 3 for our friend).

A few mins walk from metro station and lots of restaurants along with a mall next door.

Room was a bit small but it was overall good.

We got a room with the kitchenette, which came in handy. The location was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Felt very spacious.

The walls were paper thin. We unfortunately heard some lovers enjoying their stay a little too much, because the walls were so insanely thin.

The place was closed to a train station, it was easy to get there from any place of paris, good value for money

The stairs , but it was not a problem since we knew what we booked

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris , a couple of minutes from Montparnasse. There is a big shopping centre 2 min walk from the hotel. It s quiet and has all the amenities. You can park your pram if you have one. Very nice hotel .

    Nothing .

Very close to the metro station from where you can get to the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean.

Reception is only until midnight. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Our stay was very good location was excellent and easy transport.

The property was clean well serviced and host was very helpful.

Hotel is in a very good location, a three-minute walk from the metro station with direct lines to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame... The fridge in the room is a great thing.

Walls are extremely thin, there is no soundproofing whatsoever, so if you have noisy neighbors, it can be a terrible experience.Rooms on the fourth floor are not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties because there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep.

    8MarioPosted on: 4-15-2025

Perfect location, close to subway station and surrounded by useful facilities. Very quiet rooms.

Essential furniture and equipments, but very well kept.

    10AlisaPosted on: 4-13-2025

Perfect Hotel for a Paris-City-Trip to stay the Night. Its well located between Restaurant, Cafés, Supermarkets and the Metro is close as well. The hotel ist small but has its unique old-Paris-charm. The Rooms are clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. big recommendation.

    5FionaPosted on: 4-12-2025

Sparse, small, but safe and secure! Steps, spiral steps! Don't bring heavy luggage to lug up the stairwell....well, if you do, you better be fit! In fact, I'm sure my knees improved with each trip up the stairs at the end of each day. Place d'Italie was so easy to find on the metro. Beware being scammed at the metro! Only deal with someone in a uniform, badge and at the information counter. Just saying...mine was an expensive lesson navigating the pass system. Don't pay €29.90 a day! (Unless it's a trip to the airport!)... But Jules, the Japanese restaurant were delightful ones we enjoyed! And Jules even like 5 'x's in like 4 days! IKEA and shopping nearby was fun too! Enjoy Paris!

Clean bathroom and bed sheets. Luckily no moquette on the floor which was clean. Matress OK.Staff is super welcoming and nice. Clear checkin explanation and prompt offer for luggage storage for the checkout day.Location is very good since the metro station has many lines connected to all possible directions and there is plenty of restaurants in the area open till late night and a grocery store too.Honest 5 eur breakfast kit.

Old stained smelly blankets. Dirty fridge, kitchen top, kettle. Old furniture and cookware. Stairway not cleaned for days and smelly for the garbage bins downstairs.Ok for first 1-2 nights

This hotel should be 5 stars, they have the best staff in the world. We had a problem with our plane and arrived late. They were totally understanding and kind to us.
