Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel

Best: clean, front desk friendly.

Worst: the fitness center was not a fitness center so misleading to call it that! Location was at end of short alley. Deliveries occur early morning and were very loud that awoke us (and noise echoed loudly due to hotel alley location).

The hotel was perfectly situated for local attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay, Rodin Museum etc and had lots of authentic good quality restaurants close by. The check in was easy and quick and the staff spoke English (and many other languages

The front desk staff was amazing. Very pleasant. We enjoyed their genuine interest in our daily activities! Enzo in particular!!

The rooms were beautiful. They had two electric bikes to rent.

The closets were not functional. The area with hangers were very inconvenient. There is a Ukrainian embassy out front and there are people waiting on the road throughout the day, which makes things a little awkward. Breakfast is a expensive for quality.

Its location is ideal especially with regard to UNESCO.

The PCR test place that the hotel agent suggested to me that I use, was very bad. It didn't let me know its result in time for my returning international flight.

Loved the electric bikes that hotel provided and the courtyard was a great place to have a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city. I would also recommend Sensational Spa which is right across from the hotel. Best massage I have ever had!!!!

Wish we stayed longer.

although they helped us to print out a document we drastically needed, I feel that a four star hotel should have a wireless printer as well as a business center- fully equipped. Many of us still work while traveling and it IS 2018....

It is located near the Eiffel Tower and UNESCO with everything that most hotels in the area do not have: air conditioning, spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, room service, laundry service, and a great breakfast with smoked salmon.

There was no A/C and it was stifling hot. They told us to open the windows and that meant lots of noise and pulling back drapes so people outside could see inside - a 4 star hotel needs A/C. Also we had to change room because the TV didn't work

The location was good and it was on a quiet back street. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Some of the hottest days in Paris history for these dates 95°-98° and the AC was not working properly. Also the bathroom had a sewer smell to it.

- Still quite a walk to the Eiffel tower. - the amenities were limited - the gym was quite sad. - Not sure how this is ranked a 4* - did not feel very luxurious... 3.5* (at best), perhaps a 3*

Great hotel, newly renovated with great fixtures. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but well appointed. Great terrace for sitting and relaxing! Make sure to ask about the electric bike rentals!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Constant hot water lovely shower.

Are was nice and walking distance to the tower. Just what I wanted. Close to corner store and one block over from great restaurants

We asked for early check in and when we got there front desk did not have anything then we wanted to waste time until check in and they sent us to a mall that was closed. Staff should know the surrounding areas

Location was perfect, absolutely wonderful. Hotel employee were wonderful employees. 10/10 recommend will be back.
