Citadines Montparnasse Paris

The staff were very welcoming and answered questions or helped find answers on the internet. The location was close to my need for a croissant every morning, a good grocery, the train station and metro. The little patio and garden area was lovely!

Close to the Montparnasse train station, numerous subway lines.Room was clean. Public spaces are bright welcoming.

This is adversited as a "studio", but it's basically a tiny bedroom, with a tiny bed, and nothing else, not even a desk. The isolation isn't great so the room is drafty, and you'll need earplugs to forget the street life outside your windows.

The staff helped me above normal to call my credit card company to fix an access problem when I had no SIM card that allowed calls to North America as well as checking local transit info for me.

Breakfast was reasonable priced but lacking selection, however we were a little late and this may be the reason.

I loved everything - for a 5 night stay it was great to have a small kitchenette, and the location is great for those who don’t want to be in the main tourist areas. Metro stop steps away, as well as Montparnasse train station. Also a Carrefour and great bakeries nearby as well!

Everything worked well; could even borrow an umbrella when it rained; had a coffee machine and tea facilities. Excellent touches.

Very close to the Montparnasse train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location to Gare Montparnasse. Laundry onsite. Complementary coffee. Easy and relaxed set-up with self-service for towels etc.

room was a good size , bed was comfortable and clean.the bathroom wasn't clean up well, that was the only thing that i don't like .

The staff was incredibly attentive and willing to assist as much as possibly. Staying with children, the apartment features (i.e., kitchenette, dishwater and utensils, launderette were extremely convenient. The location was outstanding, near to a Lidl for groceries as well as many bistros, boulangeries, and cafes. Buses and metro ate blocks away and the beds were very comfortable. Espresso and coffee as well as tea and water are always available and the small courtyard area in the back lets you have a quiet break before heading out or when just getting back.

The property is slightly dated and it does show signs of wear and tear; however, we were specifically told that they are to start undergoing significant renovations over the coming year and will certainly address this.

The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable at reasonable price. Nice location.

One of the female receptionists was really grumpy and the way she spoke to us…. Oh la là… maybe she forgets that she’s working as a receptionist to welcome and assist guests. Apart from this woman, other staffs were really nice.

The bed wasn’t clean enough. I found a bug and a few hairs on the bed under the covers.

Staff are very friendly, be sure to say hello as you come in and out :) coffee machine was good. room was a good size and the kitchen is well stocked in plates and utensils

The hotel is adjacent to the Montparnasse train and metro stations, which is why we selected it. It was perfect for our trip from Paris to Brittany and then the final trip to the Charles de Gaule airport. The staff were very helpful with stored luggage and providing an early breakfast as we had to leave for the airport early. The room was small but comfortable.

The room was ok. Everything was clean but it could use some renovations. We expected the room to be bigger as seen in the photos.

The location was perfect for us - near the train station (Montparnasse) and steps away from public transportation. There was a LIDL a 2 minute walk away and a gigantic Monoprix just around the corner. My husband and I will definitely book here on our next visit to Paris!

There is a lovely courtyard for you to enjoy. However, the one time my husband and I wanted to sit out there, there was another couple smoking. I understand that many Parisians/People smoke, but this was a disappointment for us.

Location was good and rooms are well maintained.
