Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris

Floor we stayed on smelled weird, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable- but the location and the view from the room made it tolerable.

The staff tried to charge us for breakfast upon our departure, but we never had breakfast

The location-only 50 minutes away from CDG airport with the train.The station was exactly at the front of the hotel.Only 10 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower.With a perfectly view from our studio. Next time we go to Paris again we definitely will book again

Location is amazing and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is not as luxurious as it looks in the pictures but it still a great hotel for the price. The view from my roo was spectacular.

the location is amazing! it is a 7-8 min walk to the Eiffel tower. mcdonalds is just downstairs and monoprix. the area is safe and near the train station so easy access. Our family room has the Eiffel tower view so it was extra nice!

only downside is you can head the train. but for us not a problem at all! like this did not affect our stay. we were okay it is because train access for us is important to go to the different tourist spot.

The location is very good.

The service of is not acceptable. I must say they're very unprofessional. I made a request to have invoice 1 month before my check in and paid earlier than scheduled.They informed me that invoice will be provided upon check out.After my check out, I have to follow up many times with them but did not get invoice.They informed me 4 days after my check out that the room's invoice should be issued by Booking.com while they only provide city tax invoice. In reality, I have not yet received the city tax invoice after chasing them and they keep promising to send me the invoice shortly.This issue will be reported to the Tax authorities.

The location is great! With 3 metro lines running through La Motte Piquet, every location is easy to access. We were upgraded by Booking.com. I don't know why, but the one bedroom was certainly nice.

Hotel located in a nice location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Room had also has a kitchen where you can cook and prepare your own food.Nice and friendly staff.

Just one elevator for the entire building where sometimes you have to wait minutes in order to catch the elevator.The parking is handy but the access is pretty tight and narrow which makes it difficult to maneuver the car.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee machines were super convenient.

There was only 1 elevator in service and the wait was painfully slow.

Close to Eiffel Tower, great views, Monoprix, great bakeries & restaurants close. Access to the train right out front. Perfect views.

Location is the best, for the money, is in the central very convenient love it, 5 minutes walk to the pastries store for breakfast, will come back again!

My recent stay at Citadines Paris was disappointing. The cleanliness of the space did not meet expectations, and the overall environment felt more like a low-budget short-term rental than the hotel experience I believed I was booking. The staff was unhelpful and disengaged, and basic amenities—such as robes—were not provided. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this property to others.

Noise from trains early and late.

Great location as it was close to many different restaurants, grocery stores & a metro station. We booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower & it did not disappoint. The property was also only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The property does not offer any cleaning services, so for the 5 nights we stayed our room was not cleaned. Very disappointed! We can also hear the sound of the metro trains from across the road & the rooms would shake slightly. There was a sweet strange musty smell from the hall ways.
