property is old and need renovations. no hot water at the family room assigned to us.

Clean room, easy check-in and check-out, I liked the little kitchenette provided, although the room itself was a little small. I also really enjoyed that breakfast was provided. It was pretty tasty!

Not much was bad about it. I guess the location was good but not great, it was a little hard to find the entrance when we first arrived since it was around the corner from the main street, and the room was a little bit small.

The location

They didnot give toothbrush in the room, when we asked for it at the reception, they said they run out, no toothbrush stock left. The standard was not there for a 3 star hotel.

Location was very good

We were initially given a smaller room, nothing like we paid for and purchased based on the Booking.com add. We have concluded the advertisement of this property in the web site was misleading and deceptive

To small and not clean, poor amenities

Great location, very close to the metro station, many restaurants just few steps away. My room was clean and comfortable with small kitchen. It had window overlooking the sidewalk, however it was not noisy. Staff were friendly.

My check-in time was exactly 3pm. But some other guests were allowed to checked-in 15minutes earlier while I was still waiting.

Had everything you would need and excellent metro connections right outside the door to Eiffel tower , louve and many more. Loads of places to eat or takeout with a shopping center attached to hotel

The location is perfect and the staff are always ready to help the front desk staffs

After arriving at 3pm check in time ,I had to wait close to an hour before my room is ready and when I arrived the bed was supposed to be a twin bed but it was double so had to exit room for the staff to actually split the bed and remake .

The location was great. It is by a huge shopping mall and public transits. It has a small kitchen.

Our room had a stuffy smell. We stayed at 8th floor. Only one out of two elevators were working and it was very slow. Their drinking water dispenser by the front desk was broke while we were there for three nights, so we ended up buying water. The noise from the fixing or construction of the building was loud.

We loved being able to cook eggs each morning in our room and pick up pain au chocolat from the local boulangerie. Location was right by a metro station, and there were velib bike places close by. Location was good with being able to bike many places 30 minutes or less, or use the extremely convenient metro station. Loved the local market on Thursday and Sunday. Mall next door has a large carrefour and there are two small ones nearby as well. We had two rooms and one was on the end of the hall and noticeably bigger and better arranged than the other.

One of the elevators was being worked on and the other was very slow (went all the way to the top every time it seems, rather than just going to necessary floors). It would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3pm (not available) but they do store your luggage.

Convinint location for my visit.I had a room facing the interior of the mall which wasn't an issue for me, was possibly quieter. This is not a romantic hotel, is in my view good if you have a reason to be in this part of town.Has a good metro connection so the center is not far.

Bath room was rundown with water damage on the cupboard

Good location, very close to the metro entrance. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good value for the price.

The bathroom was a bit old and with signs of use.

Excellent location and very easy access from Orly Airport. The room has all the amenities for short-stay family trips especially if you have a toddler. There is a medium size shopping mall right next to the hotel so you can do your shopping just before the trip or to kill some time.

The sofa bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable.

I stayed at Citadines numerous times over the past six years. It's very conveniently located, the rooms/studios have everything you need. It's near the metro, easy to get from and to the airport, grocery store (carrefour) at the shopping mall next to the hotel, all this in the vibrant area of Place d'Italie, the staff is very friendly, and it's very safe.
