It was calm and the staff was professional and helpful.

The water was not hot enough.

Spacious and confortable room in the center of Paris, 10 mn walk from the Palais Garnier and Grand Magasins, and 20 mn away from Notre Dame or the Eiffel tower. The Parking is a huge +, easy to access.

Citadine Opéra has an excellent location in the area of Grands Boulevards, we had a two-room apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, there is a gym, coffee and tea were offered for free throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay in Citadine also thanks to its kind and forthcoming staff.

Nothing. It's a bit noisy if you open the windows in the night, but it's the center of Paris after all.

Location was perfect just a few meters from metro station, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hospitality was a top notch. Love everything about citadines opera in paris ❤️

Great location and clean room! Water cooler in the lobby was a great touch!

3pm check-in was tough as we arrived at 1pm and were very tired. It would be nice if check-ins were earlier or exceptions could be made to check-in earlier.

When I arrived I paid and book for 2 nights I specifically express that I will extend my stay for two more night but I needed to wait until next morning to confirm next morning 8am I called reception and confirmed the reception said perfect on your way down come to pay and when I came down they sold my room to another customer and I had to search for another hotel not cool and not professional specially because I was sick and coming out for surgery and of hospital with my luggages…

Hotel is very close to the landmarks, city center and subway. The room is spacious. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful.

There is a smell from the dishwasher. Regardless, everything was exceptional.

Nothing , was as expected

Very clean, spacious apartment, well equipped. The double bed in the bedroom is really comfortable. The room looked inside the yard, so very quiet. Bathroom/restroom - separate - are spotless, nice toiletries.Since we love walking and sightseeing, almost everything is in walking distance - for example, Louvre is 20 mins walking, Notre Dame 30 mins - if not, use the metro - station is literally around the corner.The ladies at reception were absolutely nice, kind and helpful, always at your assistance.

It is not we did not like, just notes: the coach in the living room is a bit narrow if you open just one side.We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on quality, but looking at it seemed nice. We had breakfast in the nearby bakeries as we wanted to try local shops.

The location is great. Very friendly staff. Good amenities in the room. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed.

We took the apartment, too small to put a crib in the bedroom. This should have been notified. Also, 5 nights didn't include any cleaning, it would come at an additional cost, I think 5 days is too much.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s an excellent option for those traveling with dogs, as they are very pet-friendly. The room was spacious, silent, and perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff was kind and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The location is great, we got a very quiet and comfy room. Galleries Lafayette is 10 min walk, Louvre 20 min and a good bakery just around the corner. The staff is very helpful and professional. We definitely stay at the Citadines text time when we come to Paris
