- I loved having my own little apartment. I had a little terrace and I sat outside and had my breakfast and in the evening, some have some wine and cheese.Very good location for restaurants and a big outdoor market in the park across the street.
- Location and size of room
- It was apart hotel have my own kitchen
Cons -
- There was not a lot of soundproofing between floors. I was on the first floor and I could hear every chair move and many other noises! The other thing that I didn't know was that you don't get housecleaning services unless you stay for 7 days.
- Towels very hard not soft
- Room was cleaned only once during the week i have to take out my own trash

The pictures of the hotel are not what they look like at all.. In October they turn off the air conditioning & it so happens this year it was still rather warm..You can only open one window, the bed is too close too open the second window.
The staff is difficult to communicate with they don't speak much English.
The showers/tub. It was too deep and difficult to get in and out.
Great place centrally located. Best of both a hotel and apartment. I will definitely stay here in future.
Not a thing.
Great location. Not touristy, a nice neighborhood
Room was not updated with only one main outlet for charging any devices, no usb ports. Twice we were awoken at night from furniture being moved/rearranged in room next door and from the fire alarm going off in laundry room (our room was across the hall).
Great place.Very nice rooms with allot of space. The small kitchen was usefull. The hotel is very near to the metro, coffe shops and super markets.
Pretty basic overpriced room, no cleaning at all in 5 nights. Was told we could have fresh towels on request. When I requested them on the way out for the day, was quite surprised that I was expected to take them up with me.
Very helpful staff and incredibly accommodating. The location is perfect. Easy access to the Metro and bus. Not an incredibly touristy location but just off the greenway (Chemin Vert) where there is an amazing street market 2x/week. Tons of space.
With the 2 elevators serving the property, trying to get down to the lobby and out can take a little longer. This is something that is common in an city property anywhere in the world.
Location was very good. The staff helpful and nice.It was comfortable and clean. You could ask for towels or anything you needed in the reception. Market was a block away, so you could get what you need.
The bathroom could have some improvements. The shower splashed everywhere, but we had towels to clean.
What I liked about this hotel the most are the staff, notably Salome and Amy. Really excellent customer service. The other is the location, but only if you have been to Paris multiple times and here to explore and feel more like a local
The cleanliness and missing amenities in the kitchen. I chose this because it is an apart-hotel but the kitchen was really basic. The bathroom tiles surrounding the tub also had mold/mildew in a couple of spots so makes me wonder how well the cleaners clean because it is quite obvious.
We booked a studio and were given a nice apartment overlooking a tree-lined boulevard. The windows were sound-proofed so we had no issues with street noise. The kitchenette was well-equipped and included electric kettle, toaster, and cutting board. Grocery store was just a short block away. We used the property's laundry facilities for 9 euros. Location was good - we could walk to Notre Dame. For other sightseeing, we used the nearby metro stop. The beds were very comfortable.
The studio needs refurbishment. Kitchen fittings were old and worn. Bathroom had some black spots. Floor was a bit dusty when we arrived, but was vacuumed during our stay. Kitchen has dishwasher but not many dishwasher tablets. A bit pricey, but Paris is expensive.
Proximity to Market. Also walking distance to a lotOf sights
Breakfast notBeing included
Extremely well located, both for transportation to sites in and around Paris, but also for the open air market two mornings a week and for the great restaurants in and around Marais,
The rooms are uneven. We had paid and booked months in advance for a week, but our first room contained two twin beds--one pushed against the closet, requiring us to move the bed to dress, the other pushed against a window that was quite cold when we were there. No heat available. Also dishwasher overflowed (twice!) even after staff gave us towels to clean it up ourselves and said it was fine, turning it back on themselves just to overflow again. After a few days we complained and were given a MUCH better room-- same "studio class--with a comfortable double bed, working kitchen, more silverware and dishes (the first only had two spoons, two glasses etc) And it had heat and a slightly larger footprint. We only got the second room by signing up with their own website. We wonder if paying through booking was the problem, but were told no, that their website is identical "Everyone gets the same,"
Loved the location - near everything we were interested in. The room was quiet. We were glad to be away from any potential street noise.
We did not enjoy Room 1 on the main floor. It really seemed like we in a service hallway. We will be a bit more careful about choosing a room next time.
Exceptional service. Cleanliness. Quiet.
Small amount of mold in the grout around the tub.
I would like a refund
The air conditioning didn’t work and they had no one to come look at it to fix it. They would not discount the room but did allow us to cancel the remainder of the reservation. Still should not have had to have paid for the sleepless night
Good location for transport and nice park/ gardens opposite. Studio was spacious and small balcony overlooking the gardens was appreciated . Staff generally helpful
Bathroom a bit worn. Clean towels only available on request.
We liked that it was very spacious and that the shower and toilet are separate. The free water and coffee by the lobby was also a nice touch. The staff, especially Juna was very nice and always greets and talks to us with a smile. They accommodated our request to keep the room for our 3rd night, which we are very grateful for.
The air-con can be cooler and wish they had a bidet.
