    Pros +

    • The room was clean. The location is good. The bed was comfortable enough.
    • staff very friendly, quiet hotel, great area to be in, room well turned out, good shower/heating/windows
    • I'm drawing a blank.

    Cons -

    • The stairs are very old. There is no elevator.
    • The location was abominable. I had to go out of town for a couple days and asked the proprietor if he could store a bag of mine while I was away--he steadfastly refused, though this would have been no skin off his nose. Instead, I had to waste an entire day of my life finding a place in Paris to store my stuff. When I lost a key instead of kindly replacing it--as has happened in literally every hotel I've ever stayed in during my life--the night proprietor, who seemed like the slow cousin of the main manager, sat and stroked his beard for about twenty minutes before deciding to charge me twenty euros for the privilege of opening my door. The lobby and staircase was so shabby and horrific I would recommend anyone contemplating making a microbudget horror movie to set an entire movie there. I hate to be coarse, but, with the exception of one young lady working the front desk briefly, this place is trash.
    • The shower was moldy, the doors weren't waterproof.

Cheap rate, quiet street. 24h receptionist in the building, who was very friendly. Coffee machine in the reception, but not free!

The shower was moldy, the doors weren't waterproof.

Excellent location, close to metro station , people are so nice especially Dujerta and Wahid , extremely helpful, thank you so much

I wish it has an elevator

    6azarPosted on: 8-23-2025

Location good - tea coffee should be complimentary

Stairs carpets very dirty - the bedsheets aren’t cotton and you sweat a lot

    7PerkinsPosted on: 8-2-2025

loactaion is great right near metra and amazing breakfast places. Staff let me holld lugaeg in lobby my entire stay so i didnt have to lug it up the stairs.

no elevator or ac but that was expected.

Cheap way to spend a few days in Paris. Grungy Street but nice neighborhood.

Basic. Dull room, view of cigarette butts and ugly walls.

    3AlissaPosted on: 7-24-2025

The location is good to be close to everything in the 10eme and near the canals.

The facilities need updating. The wifi was very bad. The walls are extremely thin and doors to each room are close together so you can hear everything. There were markings and dirt on the walls of my room.

    Poor experience, don't recomend it

They dont change towels/they do not change the bed even by request. Window is not opened at all. There is no AC, to ask fan, only in last day they give it to us. No sound insulation at all. No any fridge, even small one

    6SerraPosted on: 4-22-2025

    The position, kindness of staff

It was not very clean, the room could be better furnished with more shelves

    9ScottPosted on: 4-21-2025

This was our second visit in the last year to this same location. This is the only hotel I will stay in Paris from now o

    7JaanPosted on: 4-18-2025

location is close to metro station , streets are lively all day

no lift , no view from window .

    6XhinaPosted on: 4-17-2025

It was clean, bed was confortable and clean sheets, they cleaned our room when we left during the day and brought fresh towels. We stayed 2 nights. Neigbourhood was perfect, markets, cute coffee places, all kind of shops, i enjiyed having coffee close by

bit old, it was different from the pictures - smaller room maybe. The sink in the toilet was barelly usable, so small,

    3AliPosted on: 4-12-2025

    Location and staff

The bathroom needs to be cleaned well because there is a lot of mold and the sheets ones need to be better and when I asked for another blanket, they said they didn’t have any.

I was just doing a quick 1 night stay. Check in and out was extremely quick and easy. My room was on the floor - to note there is no elevator so if you have access needs this could be a problem but was fine for me. The room was a decent size and shower was good. Location is good with short walk to Canal Saint Martin and Belleville for restaurants and bars.

    6TudorPosted on: 3-23-2025

Location is great, staff is very friendly, the public transport is nearby

Thin walls, I could hear every step from the stairs and also from the room above, the beds still had the foil on them as they were just bought, rusty and old bins in the room.

    6JennaPosted on: 2-26-2025

Clean rooms and friendly staff, it also felt safe

Basic, could do with being refurbished

    10MilenaPosted on: 2-21-2025

Very nice location and close to the metro and bus stations. Room has everything needed. Daily cleaning is amazing. Very quite little street of the location.

    9KushnirenkoPosted on: 2-21-2025

Small bright room. Big plus cleaned and changed towels every day. Shampoos, gels, soaps and toilet paper are put down every day. They leave everything in its place, nothing has ever been taken Kind and helpful staff. We had an early check in and early check out, then were contacted in advance and a room was prepared for us. We were also informed about the check-out and left early. They were also responsive to any requests and they were helpful.

There are not enough shelves for things or drawers as there is only a small compartment with hangers. It would be nice to add room slippers, as we were in February it was cold to go barefoot.Poor soundproofing, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs, which makes it seem like everyone can hear you too. Also in our room the bed squeaks.
