    Pros +

    • It was closer to the center of paris with the walking distance to the Metro.
    • The location was great as it was only about five minutes walk to the metro, meaning that you could literally get anywhere in Paris in under an hour. There’s also a lift. Great variety of TV channels available, and WIFi speeds were adequate.
    • Very close to the meteo station, and a lot of very nice pattiseries and restaurants close by.

    Cons -

    • This hotel shouldn't be more than 2 Star. Rooms were very small and old outdated. The WiFi didn't work in the room, unless you use the WiFi in the small lobby
    • The pillows on the bed were horrible. Terrible for anyone who is a “side sleeper”. Also anyone who is obese would not be able to use the shower comfortably.
    • There is not enough hot water for everyone, the water becomes cold after 10 mins of showering and water pressure is very weak. The breakfast was very simple for 22 euros, only some bread and cheese which runs out of you are not early.

    The location was good

The room is smaller than I thought Dark corridors

It's very close to the subway station.

At night, you have to ring the staff to open the door and it can take long sometimes. The rooms are very small.

Excellent location, just around the corner from Gambetta metro station and very close to the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery, which is absolutely worth a visit. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and cafés. Our room was bright and clean, with air-conditioning, and we really appreciated the convenience of an elevator.

There was not much extra room once our luggage was in, but perfectly manageable for a short stay.

Location was great with the metro right outside, good access to Pere Lachaise, and lots of reasonable cafes and restaurants. Good value for central Paris

For a large man (194cm), the bed was too small and the room was quite cramped.

Very good location and value for price. The room was super clean and comfy. I will come back.

For a wedding at the town hall its location is perfect. It’s a budget hotel so things were a little worn here and there but the room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The doors have an alarm to make sure they don’t stay open and it triggers really quickly. It’s quite annoying esp when coming in late.

    Very attentive and polite staff.

No wardrobe, just hangers under a shelf - OK for a short stay, but not for a longer one.

    7EugenePosted on: 12-5-2022

The staff was exceptionally helpful in every way.

The hotel is located about 3 miles from the center of the city. The entrance to a metro is nearly adjacent, but the metro stations do not have elevators for anyone who needs to use a wheelchair. Taxis for a round trip to the Louvre, for example, total about $50.

The staff was great and check-in and checkout was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It met all the basic expectations. The location was excellent for a hotel in the 20th Arrondissement.

This property is in need of a renovation. By my take the last update was about 10 or more years ago. I generally don't mind but the price-value wasn't really there to make me ignore it. I wound up with one of the smaller rooms facing the street. I strongly suggest avoiding any rooms that face the street as you will need ear plugs to sleep beyond 6 AM. There are limited number of rooms facing an internal air shaft which appear to be somewhat larger and likely quieter. You should ask for those; all other things being equal.

    welcoming and friendly staff

advertised and sold as a Twin room but set up as a double bed (two twins together) - too tricky to remove the bed cover, etc and re-set it up as a twins. a bit disappointing but not so much.

we booked 2 days in this Panam hotel Paris ,cost me €480 for 2 nights!and it’s absolutely terrible experience and accommodation.I’m very frustrated that it’s my first time book a room through booking.com and had a such a bad experience. the room is old /1 towel for 2person and didn’t get even the second one in day 2 lol /when you walking on the room floor the floor is separate which is a joke for a room for €240all this things are terrible enough but didn’t make me make any complaints…til the worst things happened that is we bought some roll and want to eat in the lobby(totally an open space with no any ppl around ) somebody looks like a cleaner of the hotel acting extremely rude and shout to my husband :you can not eat here!(ok maybe there are really some policy we can’t eat in the lobby but we shouldn’t been treat in that way)my husband was holding his roll with one bite and defending us.we had try to ask for refund and we move out .but nothing happened…totally frustrated in such a first trip in Paris…people ,please do not book this 0 star hotel .cause even we wanted to bring our food back to room to eat.something called :table Is even almost fallen …doesn’t matter it’s €240/a night or somebody book €70/ night it’s not worth it .
