Very clean room, small but had everything u need. A/C in a room which was very handy. Amazing breakfast included in price. Lovely staff. Would definitely book again.

We didn?t like the pillows but it?s our personal preference.

location is near Chateau Rouge station. also free breakfast and accommodating staff.

when we arrived, they said check in was 3pm not 2pm as posted. located along Barbes Boulevard which is noisy, every night siren and somebody shouting in the streets. also homeless people sleeping in front of hotel. they seem harmless.

Location - just 5 minutes walk from the Metro station. 10 minutes from Sacrur.

Though a good hotel, it is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2 star.

Good walking distance to Sacre Coeur

Walls were paper thin. Could hear every word of our neighbor. Store owner next door you should not be here, very dangerous area. shower head was broken, drain was clogged. Not good about replacing toilet paper and towels. Absolutely not a 4 star hot

Bed was good. AC works good.

I expect to have a cattle to make hot water as It is just not a four-star hotel even by European standards

Bed bugs galore!

Bed bugs galore! Booked for 5 nights and woke up after the first night to red swollen marks on our feet, stomach, sides and backs. The room had just been fumigated 2 days earlier, the hotel was told not to put guests in there for two weeks! No refund!!!

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL -- WHICH MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. HOTEL EMPLOYEE WAS ESPECIALLY NICE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND WERE RESPECTFUL -- UNLIKE SOME OF MY OTHER EXPERIENCES IN FRANCE.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE LOCATION. THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE HUSTLING AND TRYING TO SELL YOU STUFF. IT CONSISTED LARGELY OF MINORITIES, INCLUDING AFRICAN AND MID-EASTERN PEOPLE. I WAS HOPING FOR A MORE TRADITIONALLY FRENCH NEIGHBORHOOD.

Friendly staff, clean room.

Terrible location, lack of hotel facilities such as gym, pool, etc.

Next to a food market.

No parking. No air conditioning. No outlet on both sides of bed.

The air conditioning didn't work and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The service and room was not representative of a 4 star hotel

The front of house staff - provided a great welcome - and staff provided a service sbove and beyond his role st a time when the hotel is undergoing refurbishment

Yes - we found a great deal of blood on the underside of a duvet - yuck!

Nice bathroom.

Under massive construction and I was not warned. Lots of street noise. Not the safest area to get to metro. Bed hard as a rock.

Breakfast was ok.

We had to change room 3 times while there. First room too small, beds are not comfortable. Second room air vents leaked, required a bucket that dripped all night. The walls/ceiling began to peel due to water damage. Last day got good room. Sketchy area.

Express breakfast was awesome. Close to metro subway stop.

It was not 4 Star Quality I expected. Rooms are very small. Rug s in hallway are dirty. We saw someone get pick pocketed on a bus a block away so the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

The staff were nice, some of those at the desk even spoke English.

Do you ever inspect the hotels you rate? This was 2.5 stars at very very best. I would rank it lower. Carpets were dirty and stained, paint was scuffed and peeling on walls, there was a large hole in the ceiling of the common seating area,

l endroit est stratégique mais par contre l hotel est trop petit et pour faire monté les valise dans l acensseur il a néssécité de faire le détour 3 fois

Nothing remotely close to a 4 star hotel. Maaaaaaybe a 2 star and that is stretching it. Tint room. Two tiny beds pushed together for one medium sized beds with a huge seam down the middle

Charming, very clean, close to Sacre Coure and the heart of Montmartre. Metro stations are within few minutes walk. Delicious coffee and tea options available in guest lounge all day and night, and basic coffee/tea/kettle in the room.

Front desk person was very nice.

Location,clearness, WiFi and maintenance.
