- The staff were amazing! So helpful and really went the extra mile. Loved the Executive room that I booked. Hotel bar was very nice. Excellent location. Close to the metro.
- Service was very friendly. I had heard that Paris was voted one of the most unfriendly cities in the world but the staff at Champs Elysees MacMahon proved that wrong. They were genuinely friendly and helpful and very hospitable !
- It is BAD
Cons -
- Unfriendly staff
- It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.The furniture is worn out, the staff are unqualified and unprofessional, and the service is very poor. There is only one elevator, and it is used to transport construction materials. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is extremely unpleasant.Ugly in every sense of the word.In addition, the hotel’s location on the app map is incorrect; it is actually two streets away and is not adjacent to the Champs-Élysées.
- I stayed short period. Nothing was bad.

Friendly StaffPrestigious locationWell organised room
I stayed short period. Nothing was bad.
Location great
Very noisy room the first night, couldn’t sleep and then in the morning loud construction. Gym was terrible and had storage right outside. Shower door broken in first room
not recomand att alll staf...
room was small and not comfort qnd ots not 5 star hotel
Nice staff and very good bed
Not that it is negative but the decor is not my taste with a mirror on the ceiling
All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you needed anything they were pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent. Room always clean and bottled water provided daily.
The taxi drivers apparently do not know its location.
Loved the location and the staff was excellent. They helped with dinner reservations and suggestions on where to eat.
Our light switch where you put the keys was taped on and kept coming off and our lights would work and then not work. Very disappointed. Thought we were getting a room with a view and ended up looking inside four walls with construction. Again, very disappointed. If back in Paris might give it another try.
A perfect location (100 meters from Le Champs-Elysees and l'Arc de Triomphe). Very nice personnel, good breakfast. Clean. Next to metro and RER. Very good price/value relation.
Rooms could be bigger. Bathroom area was rather small. Shower cabin was really small.
Friendly staff. Front desk were excellent specially Mr. Noorzad.
Nothing. Everything were perfect.
Nice breakfast if a little simple. No milk was kept out next to the cereal so had to ask for some

Location
It doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel but rather 3 star maximum. We were placed in a room that felt like a basement with a tiny window and then moved the half our stay to one better but still with many issues. The ‘courtyard’ is in reality an ugly construction zone. The first room felt like a service room with the bidet not working and two separating doors that cannot stay open between the room and toilet that gets too warm and there is no way to ventilate. The second room had the toilet separated from the sink meaning to wash your hands you have to walk to another room. WiFi was terrible on both rooms, we had to connect with our phones. The non-disturbing sign is so flimsy that can turn randomly to the ‘clean room’ side. Like this, too many small and big issues that were not up to standard for the number of stars. I asked them online through the Booking app they used for communication of we had breakfast included and they never answered.2 and 3 star hotels in Paris are similar to this one. The only sign of a 5-star hotel was the price. Women staff at reception were nice but didn’t get our disappointment nor acted fast enough in the right direction, they never did. Misleading pics also suggest there is a view over the arch du Triomphe but we didn’t and perhaps only the top rooms do which I bet are even more expensive.
Location , staff
Some construction is happening which make noise
Location was excellent
We were very disappointed to find out that the 'courtyard view' was in fact a building site. The windows were blocked out with sheer blinds as there was no view. We were told that the noise wouldn't start until 10am but it started at 8:30am.We were told by the receptionist that we could be moved to a better room (street view) the following day but that this would cost us some money. We were never offered this opportunity and don't see why we should have had to pay any way.The room was very small. The tap was broken and had to be turned off carefully. The door to the fridge cupboard was not hung correctly. Staff were pleasant. Dirty towels were left outside our room during the evening and overnight into the morning. We were very disappointed that what was supposed to be a 5 start hotel, felt more like a poor 4 star and we were very upset about the building work. If we had known this we would NOT have stayed at this hotel.
Amazing staff, good location, child friendly
Room is very small
Lovely but requires a little refresh but a little expensive for no facilities. They upgraded us to a view room Location was great to walk to most places with nice restaurants nearby
No swimming pool. Being woken at 1.15am two nights running by the telephone ringing and the reception unable to advise which room was calling
Great location. Lovely staff. Comfy bed.
Room is a bit small but it’s still good
Great location, great and friendly stuff, good value for money. They want to help and serve you as much as possible, like getting free coffee and water bottles or help you getting around in any way.
The facilities are starting to suffer a bit from aging- things that are broken on the room or already aging. Maybe needs a bit refreshing in equipment or room designs :))
