Friendlyness of the staff. The location is excellent there are all kinds of Cafe nearby and the Metro Station number 3 is within walking distance.

The rooms are small. The toilet is located in a separate closet and is separate from the sink and shower. You have to step in the toilet area first to close the door and sit down. The shower is also a very small closet with an opening to enter 12 inches.

The front desk staff is very helpful. He told us where to go when the train station was closed the next day.The cafe across the street recommended by him is so good and the customer service is perfect. Room is very clean. Location is perfect.

CLEANLINESS, STAFF AND SPECIALLY LOCATION

It was close to the place we wanted to go to and it’s close to the metro. The bed was comfortable and there’s a bathtub.

We could hear other people from the next room, so it was a bit disturbing. But we didn’t hear any noise from the cars or any noise from the street. There were no hooks to hang the towels. It would have been nice to be able to hang them to dry properly.

So close to the train and tram stations, very convenient to first timers in Paris. There are nearby cafes, a convenient store and a McDonald's. Room was clean and decent sized. Nothing to complain.

Close to the public transport

Breakfast was over priced and not enough food. They served eggs, sausages, cereal for breakfast and bread. No bacon or beans or mushrooms.I feel €20 per person was too much!!

Room comfortable, the bed was a plus (evaluating comfort). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, near to subway station and bus stops. Some cafes nearby and also resturants.

We got the time wrong for check out and when we got to the hotel to do it (1 hour later) , the staff was already at the room cleaning and our stuff (luggage and everything) was handled but the staff. I thought it was a bit invasive. But overall the experience was good.

We had a very comfortable stay at Champerret Elysees. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and cozy.

The only issue we experienced was with the hair dryer — it worked for a few seconds and then stopped, needing some time before it could be used again, which made drying hair a bit difficult.

The location is excellent, just outside the city center in a reliably quiet area with good access to transport. The hotel reception was friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times, day and night. Our room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, with the bathroom clean and functional. The breakfast buffet has very good variety with fresh breads and cheeses, juice, coffee and tea, boiled eggs, pastries, and much more. It's a great hotel, and we'll be back.

We have no complaints, at all.

The property is in a great location, very clean and good value for money. All staff (David in particular) are very helpful and friendly, and always happy to assist in the best way possible.

The place was clean, the best was comfortable and we thought the location was good as well. No outside noise which is great

The room was smaller than expected, but still an ok size for a weekend. There was no mini fridge and the shower head was far too low so difficult to shower. The rooms are also not sound proofed so you can hear people moving around / talking in the mornings

The location is really very good. There are plenty ways to get to the city center, Metro, bus, tram ...plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.Very close to Porte Maillot which is at the end of l'Arc de Triomphe.

The neighbourhood: safe and nice: location - just 2 min.till.metro, lot of restourants arround, 20 min walk till Champs Elysees. Hotel staff nice, very clean room. Yes, bathroom and wc very small, but it's Paris. Very good sound isolation from the street.

Comfortable, convenient, clean, and quiet. - Superior Room is large but could have more hangers on the hallway for hanging jackets or hats. Hotel is clean, bed is comfy, room is rather quiet. Don’t really hear anything from the road (our room has windows towards inner garden room 210) but you could hear water/toilet flushing sound from other room.- Very good location. It’s close by the bus/tram/metro (4mins walk). There are convenient store, McDonald, pastry’s shop and kebab. So many options for grab and go both in the morning and nights

Cleaner starts cleaning very early in the morning (7am). The sound was not loud but constant of little noises here and there awake me when I would want to sleep the most due to late flight

Wonderful location, super friendly staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast option, everything was fresh and delicious. The room and bathroom were small but sufficient, and the lift was much appreciated! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, we loved the nearby bakery. The metro and bus/tram station were within 3-4 minutes from the hotel.

If you have medical issues where you need to consume food frequently please be aware of the 150€ fee flagged on the inside of the door for bridging food items in the room: this is rather annoying as it prevents guests from enjoying their room to the fullest during the stay. We've avoided bringing even water from the outside as we didn't want to be fined, dare I say in a week where the temperature outside went above 30⁰C so a treat in privacy would've been nice. The sign does not specify if this is limited to pungent-smelling/greasy food which would be quite logical, instead refers to "any food and beverages".The part of the smoking fee makes no sense. Everyone is fined 150€ for smoking, but Germans get a discount and pay a 65€ fee for deodorization if they smoke.The cleaning staff sometimes put our shoes on top of the table when cleaning. Mind you, Parisian streets are chic but definitely not void of germs and dirt so finding the shoes on top of valuable items on the table was quite appalling.Despite the Superior room upgrade, several things were not up to par, starting from the limited hooks to hang towels, which ended up always falling on the ground, to the bathtub plug that would not budge so water would pool every time we'd take a shower. TV didn't work either.Sheets are probably cleaned with harsh chemicals because both my partner and I ended up with some minor skin outbreaks around our temples/forehead from resting our heads on the pillows.
