Very very small rooms. Elevator is also very small, barely fits 2 people.

Location. Super convenient to the Argentine Metro station, and only a 10-minute walk to the Le Bus Direct stop if you want to take the bus to/from CDG or Orly. Excellent local grocery store across the street and good cafes within easy walking distance.

The walls are a bit thin and it's sometimes possible to hear your neighbors, but this didn't bother me.

Reception staff: Exceptionally kind & welcoming. Location: wonderful. As a single traveler: Felt comfortable and safe in the hotel and out in the street. Had everything I needed for a very pleasant stay. Electric tea kettle in the room is a plus.

My only suggestion is that the room 215 could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. There were some areas around the bottom of the bathroom door that needed to be painted or touched up.

Good location for 1 night stay

Very small lift. Very small corridor. No soundproof you can hear everything including the lift door, people in the street the next room. I was on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location on the M1 metro line, and a very safe area in general. The street is quiet. The hotel rooms aren’t as tiny as in many other Paris 3* hotels. In general, it’s a good solid 3* hotel. Seems generally clean and cozy.

The hard mattress. Felt like sleeping on a piece of wood. A bit of mold in the bathroom…. But that’s not so untypical of hotels in France :) :)

Room was too small, tiny, for the price and the listing stated I could have breakfast delivered to my room but on check in I learned that was NOT the case.

I stayed for two days in Paris when I was taking part in the Marathon. The location is central, so many restaurants and shops within a walking distance. The staff are really friendly. I was really greatful for letting me use the shower after the marathon even though i have already checked out earlier that morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, especially that provided by Mr. Malik, always attentive and polite. Close to the train and metro stations. Next to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room was was on the small side, but clean and comfortable.

location - between Argentine & Charles de Gaulle so perfectly placed for me; my single room was great (off that courtyard shown on the picture) and the staff were really friendly

The staff was super accommodating, they let us check-in earlier and keep our bags in the storage closet after check-out. They are super informative as well!

The size of the elevator was a bit small but no big issue really. Just go one by one if you are carrying bug luggage

Hotel conditions (smell) overall information on booking.com are different than real conditions of hotel.They provide room on the ground floor, which has moisture and smell. Furniture old has marks and stains. Not good value for price. I couldn't stay there because of mud and smell, called booking.com to cancel. My issue is not resolved yet because hotel and booking.com are not interested in returning payment. Anyway, photos and atmosphere are not like declared on the website.
