Pros +
- The rooms were very small but we had the 2 connecting rooms so at least enough beds for our family. Though there are better locations in Paris, it was close to a few metro stations and had restaurant options within walking distance so it was convenient.
- Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is old but they have updated the rooms. The bathroom was good size but tile needed grout, some of the tiles were wobbly. Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.
- Close to metro but far enough away from touristy areas. Good restaurants and bakeries in walking distance.
Cons -
- Elevator was very slow so steps were necessary. Rooms very small.
- Have to carry bags up a couple flights of stairs and elevator and hallways are tiny. this was good for a one night stay, would not have wanted to stay for an extended time. Thought it odd to have to leave hotel key at desk but discovered this is common
- Required to leave hotel key card at front desk whenever we left the hotel.

Air-conditioned rooms
Moldy grout in the bathrooms and some lights not working; room not ready at regular check-in time; hotel locked/front desk not occupied when we returned to the hotel in the evening.
The location was close to a Metro stop and a number of buses.
Very noisey
Customer service was amazing. Especially Mr. Jean Marco and Ahbel. They were very professional, kind, positive and helpful. People like them make always the difference.
That the room didn’t have an iron and it’s table. We have to get it from the lobby and to bring to the room to be able to use it.
Good location, near to two different metro lines but walkable to city centre if you are fit. Friendly staff. Lovely little cafe right next door.
Room was a bit hot for our liking and obviously noisy if you opened the window.
The location is great, easy access to the metro and many places to dine. The staff were really nice and helpful.
Great location and comfy bed
Bizarre policy of having to hand out your room key when you get out. No security for luggage
Nice and clean rooms. We had a good bed and shower. Everything we needed was there.Friendly staff.
The hotel is above average on all aspects, some minor signs of use are starting to show in the bathrooms but in general the room was very very good (we have stayed before the rennovation).Mattresses already need replacement imo (in our room) but they are not that bad. I've slept in worse nearby.Excellent sheets, beddings, pillows, very clean room. Cleaning staff top tier.Fast, modern, spacious elevator (not a given in Paris).Door locks after some hour (00 ? ), a quick (door bell) ring and some1 will open, I guess this is a + but I think we woke a poor guy once, sorry for that.
(-2 points) They still have the extremely dated and bad habbit of asking you to leave/ask your room keycard every time you exit/enter.Which is POINTLESS, inconvenient and insecure. If we wanted we could have asked the key for the room next door. Each day we met a new staff member, they have no way of knowing who stayed where. A malicious person can exploit that easily.(-1 pont) floors and "walls" have zero insulation, you can hear the slightest whisper and foot traffic. Not a major issue in our case, all our neighbors were excellent but I wouldn't wanna be here in high season.
Location, personel,clean
Toilett is very small
It was a great stay! The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and clean, all was in order. The hotel is located on the pink line which connects you directly to Louvre and riverside and orange line which takes you to Paris Gare du Nord. So well connected! The staff are polite and friendly, they helped with the iron and other requests! The area is relatively safe if you walk during reasonable hours. There is also a supermarket next to it and a Parisian-style cafe with fresh croissants and coffee.I highly recommend if you are looking to stay for a short period of time and appreciate functionally and location.
Location is great, near metro, bus, supermarket, restaurant and cafe. The staff is the best, friendly and informative, always help me out when I have questions, very kind and nice people.
It was a great three star hotel in a great area very near a metro station
Nit picking if I said narrow corridors
