Great location and helpful staff

The wifi does not stay connected.Had to stand by the suite entrance door to work somewhat. Otherwise wouldn’t stay connected

Loud at nighttime, no air conditioning so windows need to be open in hot weather

I think the staff was great and the room was spacious. The location was good near the metro and walkable to Galleries Lafayette and other key areas. I recommend that the property improve the WiFi which was slow and unreliable.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean.

1. The llift stops in the middle of a staircase and going up and down was difficult to manage (we are over 70 yrs. old.).2. It wasn't cllear where the fire escape was. However, this being said, we would stay there again.

Everything. Cold, dirty, bad location, expensive

Shower cabin could have been bigger for 190 cm person but manageable.

elevator engine near the hotel room caused a lot of noise during night and early morning.window curtain couldn't not block the light of the sun very well in the morning.

Shower head did not have a wall mount, sat in the bath to shower.

Location was about all that was good.

The room was out-of-date and needed serious overhaul - the light switch next to the bed was falling off the wall. The furniture was old and worn out and lastly, there were ants in my room.

We liked the wonderful staff!

We stayed on a Friday night. The park across the street was lovely in evening. But then it got very loud and raucous with the revelry. They were having fun, but sadly it kept us from sleeping.

Perfect location with very basic but clean and comfortable rooms in Paris excellent location and easy stroll from Gare du Nord where we arrived.
