Hotel Saint-Paul Rive-Gauche

location, service, great plumbing (shower, toilet), ambiance - it is very quaint, but well looked after. I appreciated the front desk speaking English and French and knowing the neighborhood very well.

Our room was very small (and we knew that when we booked) so it was OK for one night, but would definitely need a larger room. But that's a personal thing

Location was good

We got bed bugs and when contacting the hotel they have been very dismissive about this. This is a huge unhygienic problem

The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, cafés, and nearby attractions.

The biggest issue was that the “standard room” I was assigned looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com.The room size, window size, and overall layout were completely different from the images presented.

It was a charming hotel with a very nice staff.

I thought the amenities were lacking. And the breakfast wasn't that appealing.

Absolutely wonderful staff, clean hotel (clean beds, clean carpet, clean bathroom, we were so appreciative) We were so happy to have spent our time here. The staff was amazing - we asked for a beer opener and they opened it at front desk. Next day, we noticed one placed by staff at a side table in our room. Incredible attention to detail and followup. The hotel itself is beautiful and well designed. We will be back!

Nothing - we had a beautiful, restful stay.

Great location, not too loud or crowded area but very close to bars, restaurants, and the metro. we also loved that the building was old and had charm and character but was updated in the right ways to be very comfortable.

Excellent location - close to metro and Blvd St Germain, but blissfully quiet. Wonderful staff - courteous, attentive, professional, helpful. Lovely amenities and common areas, clean, full of character with exposed beams. Great shower and water pressure. Highly recommend.

It is very well located and still quiet.

Nothing much although they are currently in the process of renovating the hotel so there are scaffolding around, but the hotel did warn me about it in advance and offered some free treats which was nice.

The room was so small, it was hard to walk around with two suitcases open. The bathroom was small . Despite the small space, the bed was very comfortable.

We just spent the weekend in Paris and this hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and approachable, our room and the the hotel shared spaces were very clean. We found the location perfect for being able to reach many destinations on foot but very close to multiple metro stations if needed. Regarding room size we had a cozy double (they clearly explain this is a smaller room) which was perfect for us but larger rooms are available if you preferred. It was extremely quiet so great for a good night's sleep. We would 100% book this hotel again.

We did not eat the breakfast because it was exorbitantly expensive. This hotel, while pleasant, was not a good value. the room was too small and the ceilings too low.

The room was tiny and the ceilings were too low. We had no where to put our luggage. My husband and I were constantly tripping over each other.

This hotel is very good, stuff is amazing, they are very welcome, very attentive to guests, help every time. So we can recommend this hotel as a very good place to be in this part of the city. And they are very polite and quick wiht answers on email, solve all issues that you have.Great hotel.

It's old and maybe guest don't like that it's not modern, but it has its beauty in it.

Excellent location, easy to access by public transport from the airport and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go within Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. By Paris standards the room was large, plenty of room to leave suitcases out of the way. Would stay here again!

Amazing team, perfect location, lovely hotel and the best sheets I ever had in a hotel

Breakfast was just right - not too much, but food fresh and high quality.

Such a friendly welcome and made feel so relaxed and at ease. Loved our stay. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Location was so central to all the sights and sounds of Paris.
