Hotel Astoria - Astotel

Room was clean and while small had a small fridge, safe and kettle. Breakfast was quite satisfactory.

They had free refreshments, sodas, water, fruits, croissants etc. Plus the front desk people very nice.

Hotel staff and manager provided excellent customer service and were very friendly.

Room doors do not have mechanism in place to prevent the door from slamming.

clean, bathroom modern, breakfast good

Room very very small

Helpful staff, good breakfast, good evening snacks and free drinks in the fridge in your room. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet at night. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location seemed a bit further out than I'd originally thought but ended up being doable.

Close to multiple metro stations

The room was kind of dingy and needing updating. Bed was well used.

hotel was clean, quit and all staffs are very friendley, helpful

Everything was excellent. The hotel staff were all kind and professional.Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception (morning shift, first on the right) — a very kind, patient, and respectful person. He spent almost one hour helping me to book my museum ticket, which I truly appreciated.I felt very comfortable during my stay.If I come to Paris again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I like everything about this hôtel. The location is perfect. Three lines of metro within walking distance. Good restaurants just around the corner.

Nothing really. Just a little confusion about the tourist tax upon check-in.

Hotel was in a very good location for our visit. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Our room was small, but very good for our use.

We were very fortunate to find this hotel in the heart of Paris at very reasonable price. The location is in walking distance to almost anywhere. The facility is very clean, the room is comfortable, the hotel provides free mini bar in the room which is very warm. It also had many free snacks in the lobby. People are super nice and friendly. It was almost impossible to find such a good place in Pricy Paris. Highly recommended!

Very clean, the room was small but very cozy and clean.Water , juice and soft drinks replaced every day and also choice of teas and tea kettle.

All good

It was well located, the staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had the cleaner change the sheets everyday.

The room was a little smaller than on the pictures

hotel decor is chic like indie boutique, room is small but cozy with comfy bed, bathroom is super clean, free drinks in the fridge and very convenient free snack bar at 2pm until 2am.

Location, price were good. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Snacks were appreciated.

Room was extremely small, stepping over furniture to get to bathroom.

Good, though not great location, nice area. Superclean hotel and room, nice bathroom. AC that functioned and was easy to use (not at all the case in many hotels). Great quality beds and sheets. Good breakfast en very nice staff. Free non-alcoholic drinks in the in-room fridge are a very nice guesture. We will certainly return here. Great value for money

as mentioned, location was OK but not great.

Everything is wonderful Staff Location Clean Near to transport Value of money

Nothing According to budget Is ok

The room and bathroom were very good. The location was convenient. The breakfast was very good.

Nothing comes to mind

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioning was wonderful. Loved that we could stop by the other Astrotel hotels for a break and enjoy snacks and drinks. Staff at other hotel was welcoming also. Wi-Fi worked well. Would stay here again.

Nothing. It was a lovely stay.

Very lovely hotel! Clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delish! It was so nice to have snacks and water that were complimentary as well. What a nice touch! Close to the metro. Very convenient to get around.
