Location and staff were fantastic

Rooms are slightly small, but not surprising for old building and location. Though smaller, equipped with modern amenities and décor.

Beautiful building in a central location. Cool art deco styling througout the hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great big corner room (luxury room) with lots of windows and typical Parisian balconies, with plants.

Good customer service. Originally I booked a junior suite with a living room but the room was too dark with a smaller window. The manager switched me to a deluxe room immediately with 3 floor to ceiling windows. Even though it was a smaller room, the room was a lot brighter. To make up for the price difference, he also comped morning breakfast without me even asking. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel and it's location.

The rooms are all quite different so make sure you specifiy what you like.

Design of the room , kind staff and location. All perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location, while the room was very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. Room service was of very high quality, as were the furnishings and overall room amenities. The restaurant is also excellent and completes a thoroughly positive experience. Highly recommended.

The only minor downside is that a second elevator would be desirable, but this did not significantly affect the overall experience.

Beautiful and clean hotel, quite retro but in a classy way. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend.

Maybe the set menu on New year's eve. It was just nice.

The staff were so friendly and helpful . The room was comfortable and super clean. The hotel was well located. Highly recommend.

- Excellent location in the eighth arrondissement with major sights and great restaurants nearby. - Great service and a lovely restaurant (Nepita). We had dinner there and enjoyed the delicious sea bass. The two young gentlemen running the reception desk in the day time were the epitome of top notch service and efficiency.- Lovely Art Deco decor- Very clean rooms and comfortable bed

- Rooms are a tad small, though this is the Paris norm. The strange part is that the bathroom is sizable, but the space isn't so well utilised. - Not a fan of the wash basin mechanism with the separate hot and cold water taps.- Only one lift serving seven floors.

The location is amazing and we really loved the interior design. The room was designed very carefully and always smelt good. The staff were super helpful and kind. Great way to treat ourselves:)

Location was fine. Entrance was a bit small and inconvenient as you have to U-turn within the building to access the elevator.

Mentioned a few requests such as replenishing the amenities in the bathroom, had to ask for water daily. When requested to renew the towels they only provided one (originally were two) - it’s all the details that were lacking that made this stay quite disappointing. I decided on this hotel (not cheap btw) due to its overachieving ratings and feedback but I was quite disappointed by the service.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and plush as were the towels. The AC was quiet and efficient.. The room was also very quiet with sound proof windows. Our room was cleaned every day and the chambermaid was exceptional.

The lobby could be nicer

This is one of the most beautifully decorated boutique hotels that we have ever stayed in. Room was small as to be expected but everything was in its place and housekeeping did a great job each day. My only complaint was that the toilet did not work as well as one would hope and the plumbing was a little noisy coming from the floors above. The cafe/bar was terrific inside and out. Drinks were cold and the waitstaff was attentive. Location was close enough to everything without being too close to the tourist area. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful design, exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff, great bar/restaurant and amazing location! Loved staying here.

One small thing - would prefer liquid soap to bars in the bathroom.

Superb hotel - location, cleaness, staff. It is basically new hotel - everything was new. And all the details in room were perfect. Even the shower head was according to hotel design. Location is outstanding.

Would like more rich breakfast. At least fried eggs or omlet, not only boiled.

Hotel was giving amazing retro and Parisian vibes, clean and welcoming we even got upgraded for an Eiffel Tower view. Great stay

The rooms and the hotel were wonderful, the staff was so warm. Location was great. We will definitely be returning!
