location was very good

immediately after the booking, thorough your own platform, i contacted the hotel and ask for one night late arrival and one night later departure thus not changing total nights stays, they made it very difficult so i had to stick with original dates.i asked for a late check out to keep room till 18.00hrs but they wanted the full night rate, i proposed half and they turned it down-not very eager to satisfy customer considering a Five star hotel

The location is walking distance from everything

The carpet was not clean full of roaches and piece of glass i hurt my self at night when i was walking barefoot i told one of the ladies at the reception nothing was done

I asked fir refund as the shower did not work for a cancelled booking but they said noIf I get an actual reply to this message I will fly to the moon !! I never ever get replies from booking.con

Little too small. No lobby. Restaurant not really a restaurant

I received the room without any light and view to working premises, totally opposite view than you can expect from pictures.

Beds and pillows. Very helpful staff.

Shower cabins need better waterproofing. I would prefer slightly more options for breakfast.

Breakfast pancakes were served frozen, when complained, the dish was changed but we were still charged for it! I expected it to be a compliment as an apology for a bad first order! The bath taps in the room were damaged.

Just to go to room on a lower floor, which was not working and in bad shape. F.i. the bathtub wouldn’t hold the water. The cleaning ladies left their cloth. Hence, the supervision doesn’t work upon complaining the next day I got a very good room on the sixth floor. they’re the safe wasn’t working hence I had to leave my valuables in the safe of the hotel the night party didn’t want to bring me my valuables using some strange excuse. This was and is extremely upsetting and makes me think, that the hotel is kind of a fraud.

Central location Helpful Staff

1) Weak Hifi2) I was offered only one hour free late checkout and anything more will cost equal to half of one night which was too expensive 3) I found out after I checked in that I was given the smallest room in the property which was disappointing for the amount paid

Disappointing.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Extremely poor hotel maintenance and decoration; my bedroom was dark, dingy and felt like the set of a 1970s porn film. The property felt tired, shabby and not equating the 5* rating they hold. I'm extremely disappointed with this stay and would actively encourage others travelling to Paris to avoid this hotel at all costs.

WiFi is terrible a big let down , lift doesn’t work good at times we went up by stairs at 2 in afternoon to fifth floor . Stayed the evening in as lift was still not working by 8:30 pm . Service slow limited member of staff . Staff is sometimes clueless So will think twice about coming back

Friendly and helpful front desk/Concierge. Comfortable bed. Great location. They arranged an excellent massage for me

Nothing really. The room was slightly smaller than my previous stay although the same category.

location excellent--most of my appointments were within walking distancecoffee was great--only eat kosher so no breakfastgot my room early which greatly enhanced my comfort and moodall staff was very professional, warm and helpful
