Pros +
- Location - close to metro, restaurants, walkable to several sites Suite - spacious and clean with lots of character Staff - friendly and very helpful Atmosphere - loved the breakfast room/lobby of partner hotel across the street.
- Great location, friendly and helpful team. Room was recently refurbished to a high standard. Will definitley re-book next time I am in Paris.
- The property was spotless, the location was outstanding, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
Cons -
- Nothing beats the location, and my kids absolutely loved the breakfast.
- We had many issues with the property. The front door of the property didn’t unlock one day even though it’s an electronic system. We had difficulties getting into a room and had to go across the street to speak with the manager in a different hotel to help us. Wasn’t a good experience.
- Pictures on booking.com are NOT the property—that’s the other one across the street—-no lobby, it’s under construction; thick dust everywhere, terrible stairs to tiny elevator—NO air conditioning even tho we paid for it—very expensive for the lack of service, tiny room and no A/CDefinitely would not recommend.

This was a great place to stay. Perfect location and the room and bathroom were modern and very nice.
The property is an excellent area in Paris

Our waiter Randon at breakfast—the other two women at breakfast didn’t do muchWilly at front desk was really nice

Excellent and friendly staff. Great location.
The physical condition of the hotel needed to be improved
Great location. Great staff. Always available. So friendly. Nice breakfast, fantastic bread with breakfast.
1. Beds are very comfortable2. Bathroom has heated floor3. Receptionist was very nice 4. We got a renovated room.
1. Curtains did nothing to block out the sun. 2. Windows and doors are not soundproof. Ee can clearly hear everything in the hallway and in the street below. 3. The bar next door was super loud until midnight. Garbage truck woke us up everyday at 6am. 4. There was no mini bar price list in our room, so we thought they were free. But then we were later charged for them. 5. Telephone has no cables. So whenever we wanted to talk to the front desk, we have to walk there. We asked 3 different people to fix it, but it was never fixed (we stayed for 5 nights).
The location is great.
There was a lot of work being done to the property which meant we were climbing over it while we were there. The air conditioning unit sucked in cigarette smoke from the street. The workers smoked outside the breakfast room while we ate, which meant we smelled smoke the entire time we ate.
The location is premier. Steps from bustling cafes, St Michel Métro(which is straight to airport without a change), Notre Dame, shopping in St Germain and Latin Quarter. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Hotel room is charming and clean.
Loved this hotel. We had a Junior Suite, which was a large bedroom with king bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, etc., and another room with a sofa, chest, TV, etc., large bathroom and a small kitchen. This room had wooden ceiling beams and a lot of charm. Staff was very helpful and friendly, as was the cleaning lady. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Definitely recommend it.
The location was fantastic, so close to Notre Dame, The Seine, and the Latin Quarter. Everything was so easy to get to and you are close to a metro station where we travelled back to Gard du Nord. Good restaurants nearby and the hotel kindly supplied a list covering Paris. The apartment itself was a junior suite with a comfy bed and fantastic shower. The handy kitchenette was a good bonus and having a small sitting room to rest was an advantage. It is an old building with spiral staircase so big cases would be a challenge.
A light in the wardrobe! Otherwise everything was perfect although husband did complain about music from surrounding bars, it didn't bother me as I wear earplugs
The location is perfect- within walking distance to many sites and in a great old little street. The staff is the best asset of the hotel! Nothing was too much and they made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is tops and again attention to every detail by serving staff! Thank you for looking after us, Willy and team!
Unfortunately the top floors were being renovated so very noisy and dusty through the day- but that is obviously temporary... Luckily the weather was great so we were not in our room during the day! The pub across the road can get noisy especially over the weekend but with closed windows it is less of a problem.
Perfect location, spacious room, great breakfast!
Excellent location, easy to find, room was small but functional. Didn't take breakfast.
Location
The hotel was undergoing building works - lots of work debris, there was a definite smell in the communal areas, dirty carpets, and peeling paintwork/walls. Also the hotel was listed as having a bar - this did not exist.
EXCELLENT location. Really lovely quaint boutique hotel
Bathrooms were fine. Clean etc but need an upgrade to be on par with the room.Breakfast was a bit basic.
Great location and room very Parisian in decor.
Decor looking a little tired. Plug in bath broken this was reported on check out.
Location was excellent
There was construction making the hallways and secondary lobby entrance dusty and dirty and not cleaned day to day. Room needed upgrading - carpet and bathroom tile etc. We asked for a room in the other building but they did not have anything available.
