The staff!! Always helpful and charming. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants.Rooms were quickly cleaned each day. Location of hotel on bus lines was superb.

The breakfast area is small. Hard to get hot water for tea (that stayed hot) as folks crowded around coffee making machine. Scrambled eggs were often cold.Pastries, so- so. Could use some fresh fruit such as oranges.

The location and the staff were excellent. The hotel was new and clean.

Great location near Sorbonne and Luxembourg gardens. Excellent bus service, good metro access.Fantastic staff. Many speak English. Breakfast features good pastries,some fruit and meats. Skip scrambled eggs. WiFi excellent. Room was small but beautiful, very well-equipped, recently renovated.

Nothing. For a hotel in this area at this price level, it is superb. We stayed during school holiday, so area was quiet but many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location, very close to RER so easy to access from/to the airport, good breakfast (not included, be aware!) and day staff is very friendly (during the night the staff wasn’t that welcoming).It’s a good price for the location, but the informations regarding breakfast and facilities could be improved.

Information about breakfast not included wasn’t clear upon reservation, so it was a big surprise at the end when we received a large bill for the 5 day stay.We got an upgraded room, bit still very small, which is ‘normal’ for Paris, but still is a downside.

The room was small like any other room in Paris, It was clean. The staff was very nice and attentive.The hotel is close to many bus stations, in a quiet location.The hotel is very close to the train from the airport so it is very easy to get from and to the airport.

The hotel is a bit far from any metro station and also the bed was very hard. I didn't like it. My souse did like it.

Location is great, staff is super friendly (especially the guy from Algeria), well heated, clean. Good size bed.

The door of the bathroom is magnetic so if someone wakes up at night it’s hard not to be woken up by the sound.Matress is a bit hard.

The location was great as I love to wander. There was a lovely park nearby and it was walking distance to big sites. The place was spotless and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff! Laurent and Yacine were extremely helpful. Thank you so much Laurent for your very warm welcome upon check-in. You were so kind to tell me all about the attractions, how to get there and even provided a written note of halal restaurants! My room had a very nice view of the fountain of the Sorbonme square.

The hotel’s facilities are small. Yet they manage to provide a slick look and feel despite the limited space. Same for the room: a bit small, yet very well maintained and very clean. Nice touches to provide a special experience: complimentary tea & coffee, chocolate.
