Location was terrible. It took us at least 20-30 minutes to get anywhere. The shower leaked no matter what we did

Staff was very friendly. Helped with our little knowledge of French.

Rooms specifically beds were old and outdated. In my daughter’s room the whole headboard was coming apart. Water & cups not easily accessible.

Even one star is too much for this terrible hotel. The hotel is dirty and has cockroaches. The floor in the room is absolutely dirty, with stains and hair (very noticeable). This is the worst experience I have had. I do not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at OKKO Hotels Paris Porte De Versailles—stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location for exploring the city.

The only small hiccup was that our room had just one towel. We requested an extra, and while the staff promised to bring it up, it never arrived, even after we returned late from a concert.

Snack service is 24 hours included, the breakfast is good and buffet, the and late checkout on weekends; the staff is very helpful.

The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond!

The rooms aren't set up well. The floor is horrible and it's so compact.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location - the metro station is less than a 10 min walk. Highly recommend!

It’s very close to Port de Versailles & metro station. Rooms are very small & basic, not sure if it a 4 star property though.

Room ceilings are dirty & stained, property is very basic, due to environmental conditions they do not have water bottles in the rooms but offer 2 small water glasses in the room & refilling water station on each floor..

There was a water leaking in the bathroom (shower) and the Guest informed the Hotel Staff about it, but the problem persisted through the Guest's stay. The bed was not comfortable.

If the situations described above would have been avoided or solved. It is not acceptable for a 4-star Hotel and for the price paid per night/room.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was a remarkable experience. Their warm and professional service, coupled with a friendly disposition, made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We were fortunate to form a bond with Solange, a staff member who was exceptionally kind, sweet, and amiable. Her genuine care for our needs and engaging personality made our interactions with her delightful and memorable. Moreover, the availability of diverse snacks around the clock was a thoughtful gesture that catered to our cravings. Returning to the hotel after an exhausting day was made more comforting with the provision of tea, coffee, and various refreshments readily at hand. These considerate touches contributed to a sense of being well taken care of and significantly enhanced our overall stay.

I was dissatisfied with the design and construction of the toilet and shower area. The layout lacked privacy, allowing others to see inside while someone was using the toilet. Additionally, the door was not only difficult to operate but also made of a heavy and thick material. As a result, accidentally bumping one's leg or arm against it would cause significant pain or discomfort. Overall, these issues negatively impacted the comfort and usability of the bathroom facilities.

The location was amazing and the staff aswell

We booked a room with city view. Paid extra for this but didn't get a room with view, just window with a curtain closed over it we couldn't open!

The room was super close to the Expo centre which is where we needed to be for our trip. The staff were so helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again!

Room was very hot and stuffy. No air flow in the rooms at all. Also duvet was yellow and the cover didn’t close it all. The bed board was falling apart too.

Great service, loved the club and the staff member that checked us in, Girum, made sure everything we had everything we needed the whole stay.

Air conditioning did not work at all. We wish that you will fix that.

Overall the hotel has a great ambience and the rooms are amazing.The room i was staying in was larger than usual Paris rooms and that was a relief.The breakfast was amazing as well.

The location is a bit out of the city centre and it is a hassle to travel to the main centre of Paris.

The staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant is offering very good dinner. Service is also excellent. During the day the hotel offers complimentary cake and coffee.

The fact there were snacks and drinks available for anyone at any time - being as we arrived really late - this was fantastic.Staff were really helpful and we were able to have some friends stay and have a meal with us,Very helpful when we had a question
