Very cute hotel close to all the attractions. Helpful staff. The family room was cozy and had enough space for us - 2 adults and 2 kids.

More than just the wonderful location, what made our experience truly special was the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. We chose this hotel to celebrate our mother’s birthday, and as soon as they found out, they thoughtfully brought us wine and made sure to support and care for us every step of the way.

The room was beautiful and perfectly suited my aesthetic eye. I loved the fact the hotel (Lobby) aligned with the aesthetics. I was very pleased with location; it was what I was looking for. Quiet with beauty everywhere.I especially appreciated the hospitality from both the night and day reception teams; truly excellent hires that add to the hotel.

As always a pleasure staying at my favourite place in paris .such a cozy hotel and perfect location for getting around paris . Staff is absolutely lovely , Djamal, Cecile and Umi are very caring and hospitable. Thank you for the wonderful stay as always

Clean and nicely appointed rooms with a vintage feel, excellent manager. Jamal was very warm, friendly and exceptionally helpful. My kids still talk about himvery fondly. We have stayed in 3 hotels in Paris during this trip and the service here had the warmth the rest lacked. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at maison Malesherbes coupleOf times it is absolutely wonderful! What makes it wonderful is the staff i.e Djamal, Cecile, and umi. They are so helpful and considerate it’s a pleasure to stay with them everytime . The rooms are super cozy as well! Lovely stay!!!!!

Great location, close to transportation, beautiful view of cathedral, room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The best thing was the staff! They were helpful and welcoming and just great people!

The staff was really nice, both the director and the receptionist were incredibly nice and helpful, they made my stay safer and more comfortable. I loved the hotel policy to offer filtered water on demand and to ask customers to avoid single use plastic.The room is the most beautiful single room I have ever seen and it was really clean, functional and pleasant. The bathroom was perfect, and the shower was surprisingly spacious.

My room is a little small bc it’s a singles person room. It’s smaller than my room at my mom’s house before I moved out.

Beautiful hotel. The only problem was the bathtub, as I am older it was difficult getting in and out and there were no grab bars

Bathroom drain was backed up. Bath sink water did not drain. No water bottle replacement. Staff were dumb - useless to ask for any help. Overall, very disappointed. Booking.com ratings are rigged- u promote those who pay u a bigger cut , not because it offers value like u say on your website

Very clean, lovely staff, charming rooms and lobby, wonderful view of St Augustin.

Nothing really to dislike. A little out of the way of main attractions but in the end that was a strength.
