Great location, just across the street from the subway entrance. Pretty close to Gare Montparnasse as well. There are many nice restaurants and shops in the area.
The room seemed quiet, looking over to the back side of the hotel. The bed comfy, the place clean... unfortunately, you can feel the subway going below the whole building in your bones! It is not loud, it vibrates! No sleep at all. The breakfast could be better. It is a bit crazy to go out of the hotel to enter the reception and the breakfast room. But generally, a nice small place - great if you are not sensitive to vibrations.

Room very cold and humidTiny roomNo windowNo receptionHugely overpriced
Location
No heat, the portable little heater was useless. The room was cold.
- Staff was nice and attentive during check-in, check-out, and while having breakfast in the mornings- Location is close to the city center and yet it feels really calm and cozy- Rooms were relatively small but self-contained with everything necessary. I felt at ease
- The sound from the outside (from the hallways) was not filtered through the door. Sometimes I thought my door was open because I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. Regarding the street itself, I couldn't hear anything due to the location of my room in particular behind the street
Great little hotel, clean, comfortable, metres from the metro.
Great location, small yet comfortable and stylish room. Very good breakfast.
Great location, small yet comfortable and stylish room. Very good breakfast.
Right next to the metro station and bus stop, on a very nice zone. Breakfast was great.
Nothing bad about it.
The hotel was located just across the street from a metro station which made it easy to move around in Paris. The staff were all kind and professional. The room was small but comfortable, with a well equipped bathroom with plenty of hot water. The TV was connected to the local stations and some streaming program which allowed me to catch the late local news every night. The entrance to the rooms is separate from the reception area, just next door. Entry and exit using it was secure with a password, easy and convenient. Breakfast hours are adequate and flexible enough with a good selection of offerings (no croissants).I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the staff and the updated comfortable room.
The room was a bit small and on the third floor without elevator, which might be an issue for some people and when carrying luggage. There was no croissants at breakfast which I would have liked, in Paris. There are not many places to hang your clothes in the room and I left most of mine in the suitcase for the three days I was there. The nightly rate seemed expensive, however you have to compare with the other places around it. Ultimately I found it to be a good ratio between price/location/amenities.
Clean room, like in the picture. It is very close to metro station, just a minute walk. Good customer service
Very close to metro & restaurants. Safe at night. Easy to commute using Uber.
Bathroom was very smallBreakfast was okIt felt more like an airbnb than a hotel
The owner was very friendly and helpful. She let us park our car in her parking space for 20 euros overnight. The room was tidy with complimentary tea and coffee. The location was near shops and restaurants. Although the street was busy, it wasn't noisy, especially at night.
Good location, clean, helpful at check in.
No elevator, bathroom outlet, fridge, or microwave.
Lovely little hotel with a lovely breakfast
Our room was a little on the snug side but was still adequate for our needs the bed was really comfortable
We were in the triple room. Small bathroom, but very clean and modern toilet, sink and shower. Across the street from a Metro station, so it was very easy to go anywhere in Paris. The continental breakfast was better than we expected because it included delicious freshly made crepes and soft boiled eggs, along with great coffee and other home made breads and cakes, along with fruit, yogurt, etc.
The neighborhood is quite crowded and a bit noisy. Our view was just of the building across the street, but not a big deal when sleeping.
Good
There are cockroaches running around the room. It's annoying that you have to check in before 10 pm. And the breakfast is poor.
This hotel is beautiful! We were very impressed to find such a green little heaven so close to Montparnasse. The room isn't huge, but it's bright, inviting, comfortable, well ventilated and overall quite pretty. The stairs (no elevator) are so big and wide that it feels like luxury. The staff is friendly and helpful (as much as Parisians can be).It is a 10-15min walk to the Montparnasse train station (which is different to the metro station, another 10min further away). There's a supermarket nearby, but don't forget that everything is closed on Sundays.
