Staff was perfect, helpful, and friendly even offered the use of a complementary umbrella. The location is convenient but not crowded or loud. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The size of the room was very small

The triple room was very spacious as the third bed is in an attached room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Great location near St Augustin metro station. Very friendly and welcoming staff who helped win every query. The sauna is a great find in a city hotel.

We asked for a double bed but were given a twin. The breakfast area was a bit tight and although the options were limited it was well presented and served.

Great location, lovely staff. The sauna is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I didn’t like

The room was big enough, bigger than expected, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal for reaching any destination easily and fast.

What we didn't like was the noise from the road out front, which was annoying in the morning. The breakfast room was very small and there is waiting time sometimes. There were no bowls available for yogurt or cereals and we had to use our coffee mugs as such. There was only one glass available for each person, meaning we had to choose between juice or water. We couldn't have both. These are small details, though. We were overall happy with our stay.

I’m a frequent traveller and normally booking any hotel in a capital there are always slight drawbacks when staying however this hotel is AMAZING! The location is 10/10. 5min from the Champs Elysees and within 3minutes of any mode of public transport. The staff was super kind, accommodating and friendly, the room was very clean, the Hammam/steam bath was a super nice extra, they have available parking within the same street of the hotel & pricing was super good on the rooms. There was legit no single point of negative for me and I will for sure come back here next time I’m in Paris.

Spacious rooms, atypical for Paris, elegant interior. Super clean. Hammam was included. Breakfast quite diverse for French standards. Slippers and bathrobe provided. Cosmetic products from Azzaro. Perfect location close to Madeleine.

Even though the room was very quiet itself, one could clearly hear people walking in the room above, as the rooms have wooden floors. Anything else was excellent!

Nice location with good price in a strategic place in Paris

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

There is no kettle in the room, and we have to go to the kitchen on the ground floor to get hot drinking water, and it gets inconvenient. Suggest hotel invest in kettles for rooms.

The bed They join two single bed together without proper cover on top as a result you feel the gap in the middle when you sleep!

Simple breakfast, smiley but no service

Good and decent 4 star hotel, perfect location to explore the city. The room was clean and spacious enough for Paris standards. Breakfast had good selection of food available.

Breakfast is served in a tiny room, the space is a bit cramped, there were 2 different breakfast waiters different mornings, and one of them takes care of the tables and food perfectly, the other one not so much with quite a lot of dirty dishes remaining on the tables for quite a long time.

We stayed there for the second time, and it was exceptional - our suite was upgraded to a luxury suite free of charge! We’ll definitely choose it for our next Paris escape.

Perfect location. The staff was amazing very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was small in size but it's Paris what you expect but a comfy bed nice shower. Close to many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay

The gym was tiny. And the colour of the carpet is reddish I didn't like that. That's all.

We stayed at the superior balcony room with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had space for all our things (especially for an EU room), a small refrigerator by the closet and a little corner with a desk and a mirror. The tv had also international channels (and the ability to connect with Netflix and Chromecast). The wifi never failed us. The free toiletries smelled beautiful and were of high quality. We tried the hammam (once, unfortunately, because every day, we returned tired from our walks) and it was such a delight. The breakfast was a perfect beginning for our day. Finally, the location was superb, with 2 metro stations at a very close distance and many little restaurants for coffee or food.

Communicating room was great for staying with teenagers - bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a lovely bathtub-
