Superb location, spotless clean, helpful staff

No fridge, no lift

Kindness of staff, cleaning, position. Perfect for our short trip in Paris, connected to a near metro station, already in the center of the city. The nearest street is full of locals and shops that makes the experience wonderful.

Everything was fine, the staff is very friendly and always available if you have any questions! Location is perfect. Our room was being cleaned everyday.

The room and the location

The airport pick up did not happen so I had to take a taxi to the hotel which cost me 65 euros

The location is great, the hotel is clean and in the center. There are a lot of places around where you can enjoy everything from breakfast to dinner. The receptionist at the hotel is very friendly, lots of recommendations for choosing this hotel. We will definitely come back. There is also a kettle in the room, the room was large. A big advantage is that you can check out of the hotel until 12 noon and then store your luggage until your departure (if you have a flight in the late afternoon). 10 out of 10!

Maybe just to point out, there are steep stairs to reach the room (2,3 floor), it was not a problem at all for us, but maybe for elderly people/people with small kids or pregnant woman could be a little difficult, but it is manageable for sure, so not an big issue I will say, but just to be aware maybe.

Excellent location; close to so many restaurants and cafes, and yet a quiet street. Walking distance to Louvre, Opera etc. It is a small hotel. Very welcoming staff, clean rooms. The room was big enough with a comfy double bed, bigger than average size bathroom with walk in shower and french windows; facing the street. The building has no lift, rooms are over five floors.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially by taking our heavy suitcases up, then down the steep stairs. Very helpful information given to us by Chris regarding the Christmas markets in Strasbourg. We followed this advice and were glad we did.

No negatives to comment on.

Words can’t explain how much we liked this apartment, we stayed for the total of 4 nights and everyday the staff cleaned our room and threw out the trash, receptionist was polite and very welcoming. Location was perfect, everything in a maximum of 5 minute walk. I can’t explain the cozyiness and warmth when you are in the room so you must visit to see for yourself. Even the owner who was there when we left gave us clear instructions where we need to go to the airport and was very kind. If I could give any higher review score i definitely would.

Really good location, place was really confortable and staff was polite.

The location was excellent, being in a quiet side street metres away from an area with a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, supermarkets etc. The metro station Châtelet – Les Halles with the direct train to the Paris CDG airport was 15 minutes walk with other stations (Sentier and Bonne Nouvelle) also close. The room was modern and along with the service could not be faulted while the owner was very helpful and engaging. Being an older building, just take care on the narrow and slightly uneven stairs.

Location was amazing so close to the metro and very walkable, met Zora herself at check in and she was so lovely let us leave our bags until the room was ready.

Is very clean, the staf is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect....a place full of people all day, so many caffees and restaurants. Perfect!

A simple but clean & friendly family-run hotel in a brilliant location, with loads of independent shops and restaurants on adjoining streets (one of which was painted by Monet) and within 20 mins walking distance of Paris landmarks including the Louvre, Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre, Musée d’Orsay & Latin quarter.

It is a tall and narrow building with only stair access-we managed fine with hand luggage but those with heavy cases or mobility issues would struggle.

Great central location with reasonable prices, clean and spacious enough rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff. The cleanliness was outstanding, the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in Paris.

There’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage can be difficult.

The room was great. There is enough space for us to sleep. There is water and Christoff was so kind.

There was no iron and no elevator to take our luggage to the second or third floor
