The absolute best thing about this place was its location, what was a crucial point for our short business trip.

When booking a Marriott hotel, you expect a certain standard of service—unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.Despite the fact that the full payment had been completed through the Booking.com platform, the hotel informed the guest upon arrival (late in the evening) that the stay had not been paid for. Multiple attempts to contact the hotel immediately afterward—through both messages and the provided telephone numbers—went unanswered. Only later did the hotel explain that their working hours start at 9 AM. If that is the case, it is unclear why they chose to disturb the guest at night regarding an issue they were not available to resolve.Additionally, the booking clearly indicated that it was made for another person, meaning any payment-related communication should not have been directed to the guest. This disregard for the booking details caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment. The second major issue concerned the invoice. A simple procedure that should take only a few moments instead required more than a week of daily attempts. At first, the hotel refused to issue the invoice altogether, redirecting me to Booking.com customer service without any explanation or communication. It was only with the assistance of Booking.com that the hotel finally completed this task. Throughout the process, the hotel’s communication was indifferent and overly formal, lacking any genuine customer care.In the end, reservation agent Emeline attempted to remedy the situation, but by that point the overall impression had already been significantly damaged.

    Not much. Bed comfortable.

Room below average in apearence, comfort. Very noisey from drilling noise starting at 8AM. no noticable construction in or around hotel? Staff not able to explain. Staff couldn't find reservation. Insisted I didn't have one until I provided bookig #. Said Oh, under my first name.

    It was very good location

The smell of the hotel morning very bad because of the breakfast area was near the reception and it was all over the hotel , I hope they find some way to make the hotel smell much better. So each hotel when you enter there is a good smell but I smell food specifically morning and I really don’t like that.

    It was OK.

Remodeled old building. Room was very small. Toilet was difficult to shut the door. No room.

    Location

They gave me old room not from the new one with good view

Location is excellent. Lots of places to eat in the area. Most places were walking distance. I used the executive lounge which is excellent in this hotel.

I forgot to ask for feather free room. I wish they asked or prompted me. It is a minor point.

The executive king room was big. The breakfast buffet downstairs was good. The internet was fast and the tv was new with a lot of channels.

The club lounge only served wine for cocktails.

Exceptionally friendly , helpful and competent breakfast room staff, front desk staff and cleaning staff!

Terrible bed - ended up with backache. Dark room overlooking the interior courtyard. Blocked toilet and non-draining shower on Day 2 so I paid for an upgrade to a bigger room with a slightly more comfortable bed.

    Friendly staff and good location.

The locks on the doors seem to be outdated. Soundproof wasn’t that great.

Breakfast buffet was adequate . I liked the coffee machine and the omelette station. Other hotels we stayed in were a bit more elaborate , but I enjoyed the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff.

    Better breakfast

Breakfast was good with many options! our servers both days were very attentive!

a barrier for shower water, floor was wet after a shower.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Paris, with easy access and parking all around. The welcome and staff are top-notch to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The concierge service is attentive and always ready with good advice. THe bed is always good at Marriott Hotels !

The quality of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the finishes are old, some parts of our 2 rooms were damaged or broken (cupboards, doors ...) The rooms are aging and some are not adapted to 2024 ... The height of the shower heads is for children and not for adults ... The breakfast room is very noisy when there are groups ... For this range of price even in Paris, we expect much better quality room ...

Excellent staff. Location was also very good, and near many tourist attractions. You do pay a premium for this, but it is met with outstanding service and accommodations. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were always happy. The rooms and the bed were also some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

My room specifically had the split layout where toilet and shower were separated. This did not detract too much from my experience but was a bit annoying to get used as a non-European. Other than that traffic by car was worse than walking. So, plan accordingly.

    10MiguelPosted on: 6-7-2024

The room is very comfortable. Everything works as expected from a good hotel.Even when you have all restaurants and shops and some tourist attractions in the surroundings, the location also invites to stroll everywhere in Paris. With all of the main sightseeing between 20 and 50min walks, as it should be when you are on vacation in this city.

The fitness area equipment is a bit too basic for a proper training.
