Hotel Luna Park

I booked a triple bed room for three people and then when I get there they said it?s a two person bedroom and I?ll have to pay an extra ?70 for the other person on top of some random ?10 ?state tax?. I?ve never had to do that at any other hotel.

Not at all, ratings are doing not connect

The booking.com ratings differ greatly from what it is. This is not a hotel, its a make shift portioned rooms, so bad, not clean as stated, small, I wish I could share with the pictures

We loved The location , the stuff

We didn’t like the stairs because there is no lift and the room didn’t fit the suitcases

it would have been 5/5 experience for the price if it wasn’t so noisy.

i was at the 5th floor and the noise from the street was insanely loud (saturday night).

Disappointing

There is a small bathroom in the room but no shower. The shower is shared with all the floor

It is located in a nice place and close to the metro station, buses, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies. The staff was very friendly. You only have to pay taxes when you arrive, but they inform you in the reservation when paying for the hotel. They have a machine of 1 Euro per caffee.

Not that I will not like it, but if you are going to drink coffee then make sure that the cup is well placed so that you do not lose your money and the coffee falls into nothingness.

Location and staff was great. Kind ladies at cleaning and really friendly receptionist.Quiet, great internet

- Really hard surface bed and pillows- There were only body/ shower towels, no face/hands towels, you had to wipe your face with your body towel

Very helpful (24-hour) reception, and rooms that are clean and comfortable enough if you don't need a lift and are happy to share a bathroom. I have stayed before and will stay again. Nicely placed between Gare de L'Est and Bastille, so can walk to Bercy coach station, to the Louvre area, etc easily in 40 minutes or so.

Good and affordable for a short stay if you are looking for a place to put your stuff and have a good nights sleep. Situated in a nice area and within walking distance to for example Marais and Bastille area

It’s perfectly located, spotlessly clean. The rooms are small but it’s enough. They have thermopane windows.

The neighborhood can be quite noisy but the windows help a lot.

Staff were very very nice and even allowed us to check in earlier. Room is a bit cozy but plenty clean (they come in during the day to tidy up the place for you everyday and our things were safe). Although it is around a 20min commute to the city center, bus and metro stations are very close. There are a lot of bakeries and restaurants near the hotel as well.

Clean, comfortable and near by the metro. I completely recommend, a lot of restaurants and coffee places around them, good prices and good location.

Good location and price for Paris for a night over

The location and the room size and the staff.

The blanket is dirty and dusty, I got allergic reactions to it and got sick. Mind it’s a no-lift hotel, also shower is outside of the room. The shower is in a very small room which is not convenient, also can be dangerous because the door is not level with the floor. The pillow is hard.
