customer service at the front desk were excellent, all the staff were so helpful and always ready to help. They were there to greet you as you leave and walk in to the hotel. The location was great. Closed to shops and Lourve.

We were looking forward to making coffee in the mornings during our hotel stays but this one in our room did not work. We mentioned it to the front desk but they didn¿t replace it. However they had a coffee machine in the lobby.

The location was amazing, the staff were helpful and nice, and the facilities were new and impressive. The service was wonderful.

The rooms were decent enough, nothing special. The lobby leaves something to be desired. The check-in area is like a roadside motel check-in area. The breakfast could be better, though extra eggs and toast were available at no additional cost. That was a pleasant surprise.

The heat did not work in our room, so they had to provide a separate heater. There were not enough foam pillows. We were told there were too many guests at the hotel so we could not all have foam pillows even though I had told the property well ahead of time that we had allergies to feather pillows. That seems ridiculous for a hotel to run out of pillows.

Location was good. The room was clean.

Most of the staff were neither welcoming nor helpful, with the exception of one from Turkey who was really nice. The shower area had a poor design. In attempting to make it accessible, it ended up being less functional and inconvenient to use.

The hotel was very central in Paris. We were a very short walk from the Louvre and the Notre Dame Cathedral. There were all kinds of restaurants and shops all around us and the night life was very good! Staff were very nice and accommodating. The Concierge was fantastic!

The staff were amazing, nice and professional. Very clean room, nice treats from the hotel on the first day. Locations is very good to walk to many major attractions like the louvre or notre dame cathedral. There many big shopping malls next to it. Very convenient location

The breakfast buffet has the same items every day. The street was very noisy until 2am almost every day.

Rooms in Paris can be small, but we opted for a suite, had 4 French doors opening to the roofline..highly recommend spending a bit more for a larger space ..

Nothing I can think of… front desk was very friendly and helpful, house keeping was top notch.. breakfast wonderful too!! Location is also great!

Good position. The room is quiet and clean. The staff at the reception is always ready and happy to help. I had a toothache during my stay there, and I needed to buy some medicine badly. But it’s Easter Monday, I tried two pharmacies nearby, and they are all closed. Then I told my problem to the receptionist, they are very kind to let me know the nearest pharmacy that is still open. Every time I enter the hotel, the receptionist would politely say bonjour or bonsoir to me.

The room is quite small though.

Great location, newly refurbished spacious room. my daughter particularly loved the fabric finished wall, fluffy and soft. She still said it's the best. staff was helpful.

Excellent location: easy to walk around the 1st arr, visit the Notre Dame, or across the river to the 6th. Easy train access to/from the Gare du Nord. Not a bad room size for a Parisienne hotel.

It seemed odd that the toiletteries werent more upscale for the sort of hotel they are trying to be. Room service also forgot to replenish our coffee capsules which was irritating when we were in a rush the following morning for our train.

Excellent attitude of the staff towards us as guests! Very beautiful room, good cleaning, wonderful breakfast! The staff always tried to help us, we felt care and soul! Thank you so much!

Excellent stay they really made a fuss of our daughter as it was her birthday they left Lego and gifts for her on her bed she was over the moon.
