It¿s location and that they had balconies and an outside patio area to enjoy the beautiful weather in Paris.

The size of the room was quite small, therefore no mini fridge or microwave in the room, nor was there one in the common area for guest to reheat food. Other than that, the place was good for the price. The area of town was safe and quiet. No tourists.

Good breakfast. Location is ideal if you take a train at Gare Montparnasse. It is in a pleasant neighborhood with real Parisians who seem to know one another. Walk to the Gaité metro station.

Pillows were like hard pancakes. Please buy decent pillows.

It was a lovely hotel. All decorated for Christmas. The staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. My husband got sick and they even called a doctor for him to see at the hotel. Our room was surprisingly large with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which thrilled us.

No complaints about the property at all. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with plenty of facilities near by. We did all the typical tourist things and used the Metro system that was just a 15 minute walk away.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms. About the refreshment of towels and tissues in the room you have to ask them on daily basis.

All required were in the room, table, two sits, small table next to each side of the bed, pretty large room, cattle with caps and tee, wardrobe, balcony with a sit, good AC. Close to metro, pretty close to a train station with 25 minute train to Versailles. In several minutes bus ride to a RER station to CDG2. Good local restaurants (Chinese , hamburgers) and local grocery store. Very nice staff.

Not such strong enough ventilation in a bathe-room - towels didn’t dry , just ask go change them if you do not want the room being cleaned every day.

Beautiful garden area to hangout in and perfect location to many tourist attractions but not too close that the price was ridiculous.

Great staff. Very fluent in multiple languages. They were friendly and helpful. The location was good. Nearby park and access to trains and metro.

Location within walking distance of major attractions; eiffel tower, notra dame, restaurants everywhere.

Rooms are very cold if you aren't French. Temperature set at 22 degrees celsius max. You have no control over how warm you want because some leftist liberal is trying to do his part for global warming and thinks hes going to save the planet. The hotels have no control over this because the polititions fine them if they raise the temperature above a certain level. They do have extra blankets though.

The hotel room was very quiet, as I had requested. Room not very large, but enough for us. We like large beds, and this one was large enough. The reception staff was kind.

I stayed here for 1 night and my stay here was very comfortable and nice. First the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they are very knowledgeable and kind. Second the location is very accessible, the things you need are nearby like subway station, train station, a grocery and some restaurants. Lastly the hotel is very clean and beautiful specially the lobby and its budget friendly.

Close to train station and metro. Has a courtyard for our bikes. Staff was decent.

Breakfast was limited and the same everyday with strange “sausage “… a little variety would be nice. We were staying here 5 nights it was too long.

We enjoyed the location; particularly the closeness to Montparnasse metro and good public parking options. The room was on the top floor with an excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good also and the reception staff were very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Although I didn’t know how to use AC, the window was sufficient to let fresh air in. First floor street view, but quiet and slept comfortably.

Good Location Love the courtyard Hotel has the potential to be amazing with some updates. Good restaurants nearby.

Hotel rooms need updating. I asked to change rooms as original room had a lumpy mattress. Breakfast could be more appealing.

Very comfortable small hotel. 24-hour desk. Small balcony. I was there three nights and really enjoyed my stay.

Cinda the front desk staff was very kind and helpful in giving us directions how to use the metro n train station. Very patient! Room and linens were clean.
