No air conditioner. It was a hot evening.

Location and Breakfast were actually good.

Unfortunately, rooms were dirty. Shower was dirty and had broken water guards in the shower. Very uncomfortable room and bathroom were both small.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Easy walk to the subway, restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is very old and in great need of remodeling. The room we had was extremely small and located right above a very noisy street corner.

Good central location

Room was extremely small and there was no air conditioning. I was unable to use the chair in front of the desk because not enough room between desk and bed!

Staff is amazing. Hotel is 1en minute walk from the Eiffel tower so pretty convenient. Very close to subway and the RER too.

Nothing fancy and could use some upgrades, but staff were amazing and made up for it.

the lift was out of service, as we were travelling with our baby and we had to walk up the 4th floor to the room and no air con! The hotel charged us additional E60/night for a third person in the room; which is our infant daughter!

This hotel should be a 1 at most 2 star. It has no air conditioning. The elevator does not work. The ceiling had gaping holes. My room did not look like any picture on their website. My bathroom was not modern like shown on the pictures.

No aircon, no fans, borrowed a fan, staff took it back b4 end of stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was not at all clear in our booking whether breakfast was or was not included. In the end we had to pay - yet the pictures in the itinerary that you sent us showed pictures of breakfast being served! The booking reservation had been incorrect.

Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. Only 10 minutes walk to the Effeil tower and 5 minutes walk to a variety of restaurants.

Hot water is not always available, had to plan showers. Poor breakfast selection.

The only good compliment i can give this hotel is its location. It’s about a 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. And there are little shops and cafes within walking distance. That’s it

The hotel is extremely rundown and old.. It does not deserve a 3 star rating. It looks nothing like the pictures that are posted. Completely misleading.. The rooms are very small. When we arrived our room wasn’t even ready we had to wait a few hours.

Location

You had to almost beg the people to clean your room. They looked for any excuse not to clean it. Supplies were never replenished completely.

Really the only nice thing was the location

The Eiffel Tower is visible right out the front door and is a ten minute walk away. Also, just three minutes from the Dupleix Metro station makes it easy to get anywhere in Paris from the Hotel France Eiffel. The staff were friendly and speak English.
