- It’s better to stay in an Airbnb. If it’s your first time in Paris, do NOT come to this hotel! First, when we arrived, the heating wasn’t working properly. They entered the room and placed a portable heater without telling us anything, and later they came in again and removed it — also without informing us. The heating never improved. We complained and nothing was done. We had to sleep wearing coats. There was no room cleaning on any day, not even when we asked for it. They didn’t change the towels even when we REQUESTED it. The room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, and the trash was never taken out — not even once. There are basically no staff at the hotel. In the morning, there’s a girl who pretends she’s forwarding your requests to management, but nothing ever gets resolved. At night, there’s an older gentleman who is very polite and kind, but he doesn’t speak a word of English, which makes communication extremely difficult.During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the building at 1 a.m., and there was no one there. Not a single staff member appeared to check if we were okay. We still don’t know what triggered it or how it stopped after almost half an hour with the entire hotel evacuating.Breakfast, which was the reason I chose this hotel, is terrible. Everything is old, the bread was never replaced on any day, except for the croissants and pains au chocolat, which are put out in tiny quantities. The jam for the croissants wasn’t even refrigerated for five days.Overall: awful, dirty, and there is no actual hotel service. Don’t ruin your trip by staying in this dump.

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Hotel its by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during all my years of traveling. The room I was given had extremely poor hygiene standards and a strong smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke triggered my allergies and left me sick for the rest of my trip to Paris. I had to leave the hotel after just one night.I immediately requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights through Hotel management and Booking.com. The hotel management never responded to me or to booking.com.1. Management: Unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. They ignored my complaint, hung up my calls, and refused to acknowledge responsibility. They simply refused to refund my money despite the clear issues.2. Rooms: Dirty, outdated, unhygienic, and filled with smoke residue.3. Building: The hotel feels more like a noisy, low-end café than an actual hotel due to the busy poor coffee shop downstairs.Despite emailing and calling the hotel over 15 times, management kept denying the problem and insisted there would be no refund. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam.Stay booked through Booking.com: August 3–8. Left the hotel on August 5.
Nice staff and good location.
Bed’s mattress, no fan, air conditioning or ventilation, and the lack of noise insulation to block the extreme noisy outdoor environment. As the room’s windows are facing a busy avenue, the noise heard inside the room makes really hard to have a good sleeping. The noise insulation should be improved to provide a minimum comfort. The fan place inside the room was not working, and keeping windows open in September to have a little bit of fresh air is impossible due to the noise coming constantly from outside environment. The bed mattress is too old and deformed which does not provide good comfort anymore.

The location was great for my purposes and the ease of entry and check-in and check out was also good.
They don’t seem to know anything about customer Service in the French style of small hotels. after booking and providing me a double room instead of a single they woke me in the morning to move as soon as possible so that they could resell the room never did they attempt to provide me apologies assistance, or gratuity due to this fact. when I took an extra pillow with me to the new room, attempted to physically enter my room and take it away from me. This is not what staff should be doing to customers who pay to stay at a hotel. This was all communicated and very broken English, but his intent to get my pillow back was made very clear by the maid. They should be more solicitors towards their paying customers.
Location
Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, very small room, everything was old and seemed dirty.
Located in nice area next to metro station
Lot of mosquitos in room and outside common area
The location was good, near the metro, close to shops, fast food, pastry shops. We quickly reached the center from hereThe staff was nice and friendly, smooth check in
The cleaning was the worst part. it was terrible. white and brown stains on the sheets, brown stains on the towels. all i can do is hope they were washed and the stains didn't come out..but i doubt itHorrible strong smell in the bathroom all day..you couldn't stay there for longZero soundproofing, i could hear every sound from the building as if it was in the room with usbut again the cleaning..the fact that it was a small room and nothing fancy didn't bothered us, we knew what we will receive, but come on..you definitely need to improve the cleanliness
Being sincere, nothing.
The room was very small, the reception was closed at 10pm and in fact it wasn’t a real reception but a bar. The stairs were smelling like shit all the time but at least the room was clean. The toilet was that small that you had to seat aside. For sure, you had to get a shower with the door open. The stuff was nice.
Trying to deceive and steal money
They required to pay 200 euro “deposit”, which is by the way not stated anywhere. When we were checking out they were not willing to give it back. Only after I started quarrelling, did they agree to return this deposit.
The location was good.
Toilet was bad smells.there was no soap no brush no napkins nothing was in room or toilet. Facility was too bad
The property is clean and staff are friendly, the room is quiet and spacious I recommend highly this hotel
Rooms are clean but stairways are a bit messy. Cleaning staff has towels and sheets in the halls. Also I noticed mosquitos in the room and hallways.
Great location. In close proximity to the metro station and public transport stops. Kind content. Good level of hygiene. Great view from the terrace!
Poor soundproofing of the rooms.
The room was recently decorated and the toilet was new. Oposite a metro station.
The building inside wasnt very well kept, no elevator, and the reception was a bar.
Bad
A Freezing Horror – This Hotel is a Danger to Guests! We checked in on January 17th and were shocked to find the radiator in our room broken. With outside temperatures at -2°C, the room turned into an icy prison. It wasn’t just cold—it was inhuman. We had no choice but to wear 5 sweaters, 3 pairs of socks, hats, and scarves to survive the night. It felt like we were camping in the Arctic instead of staying in a paid hotel. When the reception finally opened, we pleaded for help. Using Google Translate, ( coz she couldnt speak A WORD of English) the receptionist promised to fix the radiator and bring an extra duvet. When we arrived we understood that it was all lies. The room got even colder, no duvet arrived, and the radiator remained dead. The hotel left us to freeze, with no regard for their guests’ basic needs or safety. We ended up leaving the hotel a day earlier as the reception didn’t address our concerns. If losing money and jeopardizing your health sounds appealing, this place might be for you.
for turist location is awful. It is so near metro station but metro station is useless for turistic places. You need to change maybe 4 times to go central.
It was dirty and our room was full of mold. Breakfast was super poor. Spend a little bit more money and avoid this hotel.
