Wonderful location. Very clean. Staff superb and very nice & helpful. Continental breakfast for a small price. Fabulous daily outside market- flowers, cheese, fruit, etc & FABULOUS bakery right next to hotel. It was exactly what we wanted. Loved it.

Very noisy neighborhood as a lot of things going on at all hours.

on Blvd side, Jack hammer construction on bus stpr, right outside my room. Front desk guy basically said, though, he has no control and did not know they would be working I do not believe that and think hoter should have told me. Room was uncomfotabl

The location is incredible and the price is very reasonable for Paris.

The room was a bit small and cell-like, but when we stayed in this hotel last time, we had a wonderful room.

The bakery next door might have been the best part (people and food). The room size was good, and the location is unbeatable.

The toilet was pushed into a nook such that your knees were stuffed against the wall and you might have to set legs spread. The shower had weird water pressure issues; bad install I think.

I suggest removing carpets and placing something like linoleum to easily clean. The carpets on stairs had eons of stains. Not attractive.

Nice staff, clean basic rooms.

This hotel does not live up to fire hazard standards. There is no second fire escape, no fire extinguishers visible on higher floors, the staircase is thin wood with carpets. In case of a fire it would have been impossible to escape.

Friendly check-in and pleasant manager who had good suggestions of where to go and what to eat in the neighborhood.

Soundproofing was not the best, with noise in the hall and off the street. But in the center of Paris, that’s to be expected.

I loved the look of the property as well as its location. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!!

The pillows were a little lacking, but depends on your taste.

Location is very convenient to see the city of light.

Although most staff at the counter were friendly and helpful in terms of giving city information to guests, the particular person was, I felt, not nice in the sense of getting rid of me ASAP for giving information that I needed such as metro routes. But, breakfast was the worst one among the hotels in my one month travel between France and Turkey.

location close to Notre Dame where we had tickets to visit.

door to patio wasn't very tight so room cool and noisy. The room had extra blankets so we stayed warm. We were tired so slept thru the noise.

The location, the atmosphere, the welcoming, all lovely.

The wifi was a little weak in the evening

The location was great. Metro right outside front door, taxi service across the street, plenty of Cafe's. Notre Dam Cathedral river walk, Hop on Hop off Bus close walking distance, a working elevator for the higher floors (small but functional). The small balcony and view was nice. The room was clean but outdated. The floor carpets outside of the rooms need updating.

The room and bathroom are very small. If you are a larger person, I would not recommend it. I would also not recommend the breakfast. It was minimal and pricey. Would only recommend this place for a one night stay.

It's within easy walking distance of the Notre Dame. Near a Metro station and taxi rank. The room was small, as expected, so too the shower The elevator is too, but there is one. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a very simple affair but quite acceptable. Very helpful staff.

I can’t figure out if I have any good feedback on this property, and I can’t remember any.

The room was below standard. It smelled like cat piss. The furniture and the hallway carpets were dirty. All the carpets had an unbearable smell.The toilet was a disaster. It smelled, and the floor was sticky.

Noisy Noisy, i couldn’t sleep, the noise from the outside its non stop, you could hear everything, no soundproofing at all.Location is amazing but sirens all night long, busy street with a lot of noise.
