The space itself is just the correct size, space is limited. Location is excellent. Everything is at a walkable distance which makes it so easy. The Metro is just a walk away too.

The room was dark. Needs more light.

The staffs are kind, nice location.

The bed is horrible! The mattress is thin and has been heavily used. There is a noticeable dip in the area where people usually sleep

Nothing to complain about to be honest

The breakfast was really nice and plenty choice. Additionally there was hot good provided and not just continental style.

We were on the top floor and the noise from a mechanical unit of some form was loud.Towels were a bit grey, thin and see through.

Location and clean rooms! Everything is clean. Nothing to worry about that. Location is amazing. Is very well connected with public transportation, and walk distance to amazing restaurants and cafes.The staff was great. It's a hotel with no bad surprises.

Rooms might be too small for some travelers. We stay only two nights with a small bag and was easily manageable. But I can imagine with big luggages it might be cumbersome.

Put in a room next to a building that was under construction. 8am wake up to a symphony of jackhammers. Impossible to sleep. Going home VERY tired... Exhausted.

I have to say the beds are too comfy. I overslept every night because of this. great location, nice room, a lift and 2 mins walk from metro. all round a happy gal.

I have booked this hotel for a number of years. It's great. So close to Republique, Gare du Nord & Eurostar. The accomodation is always fine; staff wonderfully helpful, breakfast has a very good range with ever so helpful and friendly restaurant staff. Always a total joy to stay here. Merci!

It was fine; small, but that's normal for Paris. Good location.

There were a number of interactions with staff that made me uncomfortable. The wifi was broken for my entire 4 day stay; when I asked the front desk about it, they told me nothing was wrong. Then the next day when I asked again, they admitted that actually it was down and there was nothing they could do, but I did not appreciate them not at least being honest. I didn't have working Internet the entire time I was there. Additionally, I came back to the room to find a pair of my undergarments wet and balled up in a bag. This made me incredibly uncomfortable so I asked about it; apparently housekeeping had accidentally gotten it dirty with a vacuum and had washed it and left it for me. No one informed me of this, I just found it in a bag with no explanation, and it was left damp and crumpled up in my suitcase-- not even dry. This was very inappropriate. The bed was also uncomfortable and the heating/aircon barely worked.

It's very close to the metro, and you can reach the lovely Marais arrondissement by walking for 5 minutes. It's a safe area. The rooms are bigger than the average Paris 3* hotel.
