Excellent location, walking distance to many attractions. Easy access to metro. Surroundings are generally safe, we had a few walk during the evening. Facility is as it is a two star hotel. But the beds are comfortable - we stayed at the four beds room. Bathroom is spacious.

There was no tea/coffee maker/kettle in the room.

Bed was a bit firm, radiator heat but it warmed up nicely.

The property was in a fantastic location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and we had a great nights sleep in a comfortable, dark and quiet room. To add to this, the breakfast was lovely and set us up well for a busy day in Paris.

i dislike braekfast and it was included breakfast on my reservation ,but i had to pay 72 Euros for the breakfast when i went to do our check out.

Clean, spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful.

A little bit far from Paris Main Train Station (if you walk)

I liked the location. It’s very central and close to everything, which makes moving around easy.

It’s overpriced for the services provided. There was no drinking water in the room, the room was very small, and overall it doesn’t justify the price.

I mean... The rooms are small, but it's a relatively affordable hotel in Paris, so that's to be expected.

The location is close to Ille de la Cite, which was great for us, reaching many landmarks just by walking.The room & bathroom were tidy, the bed very confortable.The personnel was very kind to help with advices and pleasent to talk with. We could let the luggage for free at the hotel fore some extra hours over the check-out time, to have a walk in the area before our flight.The restaurant at the hotel was a really nice surprise, we took breakfast every morning of our accomodation, it has a Parisian vibe.

The location is perfect, super central, great area. Staff is nice. Beds are very comfortable and very good room heating.

Room was very dirty, specially the floor. There were holes in the wall and damp stains in the corners of the ceilling. Regarding the bathroom, there was no place to hang towels and no cap on the sink drain. Our room location was near the stairs and it was super noisy. Cleaning service was bad.

Staff were fabulous....they helped us with a few problems outside their remit. They were very pleasant, friendly couldn't and we even took a photo with them

This is a great place to stay. Staff are amazing, hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable. Fantastic beds. Down stairs dining room caters breakfasts, but is also available for use at other times; we played cards in there in the evenings. The location is fabulous within walking distance to lots of sights including Notre Dame and the Louvre.

There was nothing we didn't like about this property.
