Great location. Facilities generally fine but bathroom tiny (even for Paris)

About 3 months prior to our stay I tried to extend a one night stay to two nights and the request was declined, but when I asked about it via Booking.com messages the hotel told me that they had extended the stay. However upon arrival they only had a one night booking, and the staff were not very helpful in resolving the issue. We ended up staying elsewhere (just around the corner) for our second night which was much more comfortable and much better value.

Good continental breakfast, really good location very close to gare de l est just a few minutes by walking. Clean rooms.

Corridors and rooms are very tiny and hotel does not look fancy.

Located near to Gare de l'Est, Paris. A reasonable walking distance from all the main tourist sites in Paris. Walked to and visited: The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur, Montmartre. Only took Metro to Eiffel Tower.The room was a good size and maintenance of room excellent. Air conditioning did not work. A number of good local restaurants and patisseries.Very good breakfast each day, with a very good range of choices. All staff very helpful.

Problem with air conditioning that did not work despite manager trying to fix it. No matter it was good weather and not really needed.

The hotel is a good starting point for any Paris visit. The metro and the train station is max 5 minutes to walk.The room was clean.The breakfast was ok.The hotel is near to a street, but as long as you close the window, you will hear nothing. The room had a good air condition.

Nothing, how is that rated 4 stars is beyond me.

No ingredients to make morning drink, dirty toilet bowl, overcharged on price stated when booked, corridors so small two persons could hardly pass. Small and stained towels.

I stay at this hotel only when I am going to Nancy for work. The hotel is a two minute walk from the Gare de l'Est from where my train leaves. It is also an easy walk to the Gare du Nord where the commuter train from the airport takes me. it is close to many subway lines. The area is full of nice local eating places. The hotel is not particularly close to most of the major Paris tourist sites, but I was not in Paris for tourism. Breakfast offered a decent variety of choices.

The rooms are small. I was alone in a double room. two people with their luggage would be squeezed for space to move around. Only one chair to sit in.Lighting in the breakfast room was very poor, and I have vision issues.

Room was large for my family and had enough space for all our luggage. Location convenient for reaching with RER from CDG airport. Nice bathroom with powerful shower. Minibar, safe, coffee machine. Helpful staff.

The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, otherwise the room was clean and tidy. We were expecting a baby crib for our stay but we got a floor bed that was not quite age appropriate. This was not communicated clearly from the hotel.
