Hotel Scarlett

I regretted I booked 6 nights on this hotel without knowing the surounding neighborhood. Its a dirty, not present environment! The bathroom towels are too old with red and grey stains still visible. No coffee machine or kettle . Carpet not clean.

Location and Staff

Clean hotel, very close to the public transport, and friendly staff.

Since I stayed for one night only, I didn't get the chance to unlike anything.

Although Booking.com had scammers, the hotel personel was more than helpful to reassure us everything was as it needed to be on their end. We were accommodated with leaving our luggage till the room was ready aswell as on the day we departed

The length of the beds was a bit on the short side for the longer people. But it was doable. the rest really doesn't need improvement, it was a nice stay.

This is a cute little hotel. My room was small but clean and comfortable. The very nice receptionist gave me her phone charger as I didn't have an adapter - the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The architecture was appealing and the room comfortable. There is a lift to bring bags up to the room, but it goes to a landing between floors so you still have to manage some stairs.

The area was as expected, but the actual street is a bit small and out of the way

There are stairs to access the room, never bring a heavy luggage with you when staying at this hotel. Rooms are extra small. Management really unfriendly and charged for everything.

Size of room .I had informed earlier the hotel by email that I will be coming with my 1 yr old baby , but they denied on arrival that I have informed them . And they gave me a room on 3rd floor, it was very difficult to go up with 1 yr old baby .as the stairs were very narrow.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel, very close to metro stations

Great hotel, clean and well located. Bed was comfortable and there was no noise at night. Staff was very friendly an helpful.

A nice hotel if you want to spend some time in the Belleville area. The bathroom was very practical even being small. My room was quiet as I was at the backside of the hotel.

As so often in Paris, this was a small room. But no real problems during the stay.

Hotel Scarlett was a nice hotel to stay in. Our rooms were a reasonable size for the middle of Paris and the price. The staff were helpful. The unique design was great- loved the orange in the rooms. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was great and clean. The location is great, lots of cafes/restaurants and close to Metro and supermarket. Only about a 15 minute walk to Buttes Chamond Park.

The only negatives are: toiletries weren’t renewed (and we stayed 5 nights!); air con didn’t work; no hand towels (strange); the bed was nice and wide but short in length, we were 178cm and my feet often hung over the edge; It advertised to have cable & satellite TV which it didn’t.

Bed was comfortable

Very tight room. We were 1 level up & elevator went to 1 but still had to carry luggage up to reach our room on a dark spiral staircase. Breakfast was mediocre & over priced. Would not stay there again.

Kind and courteous staff

Everything about the hotel was great,super clean,with friendly staff,daily housekeeping,good breakfast,comfy bed and a very quiet room.The location was a little away from the main attractions,but very close to 2 subway stations on central lines ,connecting directly to every attraction in 15-30 min.

The staff is nice, the hotel is pretty

the beds were children's beds. I'm only 168 cm and it was too small for me, they were definitely less than 2meters long, which is the standard in Europe. I would guess they were 180 cm.
