Great breakfast, coffee, heating, facilities. Very helpful staff.

My room was advertised with a city view, when, in fact, it was looking into an inner courtyard.

Very close to the metro and hence practical to see attractions Breakfast was satisfactory not wow but not bad Beds were comfortable

The receptionist insisted that I haven't paid even when I showed him a bank transaction so I had to pay again. In the morning everything was quickly sorted with another shift, but first impression was not good. The first receptionist was not polite and we didn't feel welcomed.

Breakfast was included and very good fresh orange juice was an unexpected plus.

Room size was very small, we had to turn sideways to get past the bed to the bathroom. Lighting was dull and the room paint as dark.

Bathroom is insanely very small and dark, but the location from Garde L'Est is very good.

The room was rather small for the amount charged. There was no closet for luggage or clothes. Overall the hotel reception and lift were also tiny. There was space for only 2 persons in the lift.

Location good if you want to be near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. Bars, restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Room was clean and comfy.

Tiny, cramped, Filthy. Poorly maintained, mould, badly designed. felt more like a brothel. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.

We had a very comfortable night stay and enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a great selection. Was an easy walk from the train station

Not enough coat hangers; very few places to store stuff - mist things had to stay in the suitcase. Décoration was tired, needed attention.

Reasonable size,clean and the reception staff were very helpful and professional.

The breakfast area was nice and the food was amazing.However ,had a few leftovers and decided to take it with me instead of throwing it away but on the way to the room,the kitchen ladies were looking my way and started whispering while I was walking up to the room.That made us very uncomfortable.

The hotel met all my expectations I had before. The location was perfect, the city centre was close. Also the supermarkets were within the area. What can I describe as the best were the beds that were really comfortable and pillows.

Not that I didn’t like, but breakfast can be more enriched.
