Clean and the location was good.

Lift was not working when we arrived and over the weekend, so we dragged our really heavy bag two rounds flight of stairs..The lift was working when we left though.

Perfect location, a comfortable and spotless room, and truly amazing staff — friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay.

It was very cosy and clean. The interior was very nice. We liked the place a lot. the beds were really comfortable.

Everything was really nice!

The location is fabulous, the check-in was simple. The room was really warm despite the snow and cold weather

The one downside is that there is no bathroom in the common area, so its a bit inconvient when you get your luggage

Lack of privacy in bathroom / toilet since there’s no door to the sink / shower and only a shabby sliding door to the toilet.

The location is perfect, close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, tourist attractions like Louvre museum.The bed was super comfortable, big enough for two adults and not too hard not too soft. Room is clean as well. They managed to give us an early check in after the previous customer checked out.

The self check in is not smooth, as when we arrived, to some reasons the PIN number that was given to us didn’t work, we were locked outside the building for a while. When I called the number on Google, the staff over the phone didn’t speak English so he couldn’t help as well. We only managed to get in the building with another customer who stayed in the same Hotel. The staff upstairs ( the cleaner lady) was able to speak English and very friendly and helpful. After a few times try, our pin was still not working, so the cleaner lady gave us another pin to entre the building. This is something they may need to take note for the future clients.

Tiny room but functional

Super clean and spacious room, seamless check-in, perfectly located for easy access to the best of Paris. The staffing ladies were very nice.

Location is excellent! The room is equipped with almost everything we need. The staff there was really helpful and friendly, they even let us to check in early. Great experience!

Great location, close to public transport and lots of food options close by. Room was clean and quiet. Access using a code was convenient too.

No fridge in the room

Great location, just a little bit tight for space in the room otherwise was good but for Paris standards it was a reasonable size.

Very comfortable, very friendly staff. Location of property is excellent to be able to see the whole of paris on foot. Really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, charming hotel!!

Interesting accommodations. Bed was comfortable except pillows. Cute room. Great location for cafes. Night life. Markets.

Very small. Towels were poor quality. Pillows poor quality. There was a noise that was coming from AC. when I reported it they were like oh ok. We are sorry about that. Someone might be by to fix it. Which they didn’t. Kept me up two out of the three nights. I shared the room with my daughter (22 years old) I do not recommend that.

Great location and amenities provided. The fact that it has a lift is an added bonus. Self check in was seamless. Walking distance to metro and some great eateries. Highly recommended!

The toilet not being adjacent to the bath

Excellent location walking distance to different metro and bus connections and cafes, restaurants and one of the top boulangeries in Paris! Super easy check-in process with access codes. Friendly and helpful staff assisted us with storing our bags when we arrived early and left after check-out time.

Location, size of the room and cleanliness

Location, self check in, clean inside. Very friendly and lovely lady to talk to when coming in and out of the room. Fantastic restaurants and shopping close by!

Unpleasant smell on stair well, no fridge available if want to chill a drink, air con didn’t work (asked about this and was told it was s set to winter so our room was roasting)

Clean nice rooms and good location

The aircon in my room didn’t work and it was unbearably hot. I couldn’t even go in there in the evening as it was like a greenhouse. There isn’t a reception so I messaged the staff and they said the air con was controlled centrally so there wasn’t anything they could do. Then they stopped replying.

We were able to leave our bags early on our first day and even after we checked out. Staff were really friendly. Room was really clean and tidy, has everything we needed! ?

Only thing is that a kettle was missing but that’s just me ?
