It was in good Location

It wasnt pleasure at all , from first day I was not happy with services, there were cobwebs , and then air conditioning was not working, room was heating, and toiletries were not provided, even at daily housekeeping didnt clean the drinking cups and bathroom cups were not added , no services for toiletries. At the breakfast, it wasnt great at all, firstly at the time of checkin they didnt tell all the information for breakfast timing and what all they gonna provide, breakfast used to finish around 9am and we were left some breads, one day that was als not provided, coffee machine was kept in kitchen , we must ask the helper for the same. The staff was nice but no english speaking , found very difficulty to communicate and ask for the coffee even. Every thing asked was said no with a smile. Also at the time of checkout we had to pay for minibar , which was not mentioned in booking.com that will be of additional charges, hotel was mess but booking.com didnt provide correct information. It was worst experience of hotel till now

Granted an early check in. That is the only good thing about the hotel.

Safe did not work on arrival and had to be fixed. Front office staff not too willing to assist and left it to be fixed by night staff that took over from his shift.Duvet cover had a hole in itRoom left with dirty cutlery and no clean towels or soap supplied after room was cleaned.Room key had to be programed daily to open door.Charged an exorbitant daily rateBreakfast very basic

Pictures were not accurate. Check in staff was rude. Room was small. WIFI did not work most of the time. TV did not work at all. Mold in the shower. Door was broken and would not close to bathroom. Nasty breakfast. Staff kept walking in on us even when a do not disturb was on the door. We got locked out of hotel a couple of times and had to knock on the door bc staff was sleeping. Should I keep going....

Bathroom smells so bad. And noise loudly at night,downstairs is a restaurant.

The location was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The beds were uncomfortable only one pillow, not very clean. The room smelled like sewage one time when I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water and another time when I wanted to take a shower the water wouldn’t drain so it flooded the bathroom and I couldn’t take a shower.

The AC didn't work, the room was very small and tiny, there was no telephone on the room to call the reception.

Nice cosy room. Staff is always welcoming. Central location

The location to a metro station and a main tourist attraction was good

The room is small so if you have large suitcases you struggle to find room for them in the room

The Shower Design(Caused ) Water EVERYWHERE . I Couldn't FATHOM The Heating/Cooling System.

Good location near Arc de Triomphe. Nice breakfast.

Small bed. High price

Excellent location but this is reflected in the price paid. Room was small but great rainfall shower. Bed was comfy with tea and coffee making facilities provided FOC. There was a chargeable mini bar with fridge if needed. Staff were polite and helpful. Very quiet which was a bonus.

Lighting in the room could have been better and my view was not great. I did ask for an Iron but they look to only have around 1 or 2 in use so wasn't able to have use.
