Friendly staff, very nice bathroom

Small room but we expected it. The AC was dripping water but it was fixed. Small elevator as well. Breakfast spread was nice. Lady in the kitchen was friendly. Day time front desk was friendly.

Very convenient location. Convenient check in/checkout times. Held our bags for free when we arrived early.

Smell in staircase. Had to pay for breakfast

I love the location. You can walk to many of the main attractions and it is close to two metro stations. This is actually my second stay here!

Elevator is a bit small, but it is part of the experience.

Clean and quiet.

The bed is short for people above 170cm.

The location is exceptional, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Champes ellysees. Leave the kids behind, and adults can make Notre Dame too! The inner Paris has an abundance of restaurants and bakeries.

The location was near to Eiffel Towel where we can walk to. Location was not too busy or noisy at night. Public transportation was accessible easy.

Room was for 3 persons but there was just one single bench to lay a single luggage. For a pricey $357 per night, there is no frig in the room to keep my wife insulin cool and had to use theirs at the reception area. Worse was the frig was not even cold at all. It is like a water cool temperature and basically useless. The step in bathtub was too high for any senior to step inside.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, good places to eat and the metro. The room was on the ground floor so access with suitcases was easy, it was quiet and for our family for two nights it served the purpose well.

The shower is very inconvenient as it is just a shower head with no enclosure and very close to the basin and bathroom door, so the whole floor flooded every time someone showered. Other than that the bathroom was in good condition, clean and everything worked. We were provided with plenty of towels for mopping up the floor.

the location. is close to everything and bus stations, also within walking distance from the eiffel tower and a bit of a longer walk to arc de triumph, excellent location.

the rooms are getting old, its a 3 star hotel and the building makes it so the rooms are really small.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff & rooms were just what we needed for our city break. Was a bit old fashioned but didn't mind as worked for what we wanted it for. Dining area was very small but can't complain as we didn't eat there. Definitely stop there again!

The building is obviously very old and has beautiful characteristics, but there is zero sould insulation, and so it is very noisy. As a light sleeper, I found this feature quite challenging during the night.

Its location. The comfortable beds, especially when having spina bifida.

The fact that online I booked bed and breakfast but when arriving at the property I was informed it was a charge of 15 euros.

Room was clean and large, nice and quiet in the night. The location is perfect for the Eiffel Tower and close to metro stations. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good but we dont have teethbrush for 3 days and I say to the receptionist but he didn’t any work.

Okay property- one of few hotels for 3 people in one room

Ceiling leaked- leak in the bathroom- very cramped, scary elevator

Good bed and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good with varied options.

Facilities are tired especially the common areas stairwells, corridors which were well worn and oppressive in nature.. Appears that ongoing maintenance has been cheap and not in accordance with the general levl associated to the hotel. Grout in shower / toilet area was dirty and detracted from overall good appearance of rooms, and took the edge off an otherwise good experience.

Location is excellent, I like the breakfast there, Faye was very helpful, courteous & friendly. Ylli, & the rest of the front desk staff were excellent & so with Omayra, who kept our rooms clean.
