They charged $60e tax on top of our reservation, not expected! Our booking listed tax, but bot this one. Elevator was tiny.

They denied their own written policy on their website to stay with a child under 12 years of an age at the same bed. They asked us to leave and look for another hotel. They also told us that they will reimburse the amount but no update yet.

Very well cleaned & maintained. Easily accessible by Metro & Buses. Added plus by an RER station, the Catacombs and lots of dining options/.

The location was really good, near important places of 14em arrond

As a first-timer in Paris would have helped to know that Sundays parking is free. The receptionist should have said that when asked for parking places. been charged extra 45e/day for my daughter for security reasons was almost a joke, but I had to cope

Our room was clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location was excellent, and access to the metro was very easy. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy around the hotel. Water filtering device at the lobby was very useful.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four. The suite consisted of two rooms. The room sizes were actually not bad, but they were not functional.To explain: One room had a sofa bed, a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and a sink. The other room had a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink. When the sofa bed in the first room was opened, it was very difficult to access the bathroom with the shower and sink. Therefore, we never used that bathroom. The toilet in the room with the sofa bed was so small that we couldn’t close the door while using it. For this reason, whenever one person needed to use the toilet, the rest of the family had to move to the other room.In short, although the room was not very small in terms of square meters, it did not have a practical layout. As a family of four, we struggled a lot. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.

When I searched for the location I thought it was quite near the main places to visit, but it turned out to be a major travel out to the area to visit Paris.Also the card was a nightmare, one stressed themselves to open the door to rest. Really frustrating after a long day hanging around to come to rest and having to stress to open the door.Overall I wouldn't come back to this hotel, breakfast is way too expensive also.

The hotel has an excellent location, directly opposite a metro station. The breakfast is superb, stylish, and well suited for families. However, for groups of more than four people, it can feel crowded around 9 a.m.The rooms are slightly smaller than shown in the photos. The bathroom in the triple room was spacious and even included a bathtub, while the double room had only a shower and felt a bit tight. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris’s 14th arrondissement.

In the room for two guests there was only a shower and it felt rather cramped.

Alec at the front desk was very nice and respectful. Other staff...curt.

Even though we had the 'Do not Disturb' sign in the door, housekeeping entered several times. Other guests pounding on doors and talking loudly in the small hallways.

We liked the two separate rooms for a family. Good breakfast. Good location.

The property was awesome, excellent experience, from the main entrance to the room. The lobby of the hotel, small but very comfortable, including that complimentary coffee and croissants, delicious. Overall, the hotel was amazing, very comfortable and great location, near everything, subway entrance across the street, 3 min walk. Will definitely recommend and will go back to stay there when I visit Paris again.

Location and breakfast were supper

The room size was incredibly small and it would have been nice to have slippers.

The best part was the staff super gentle and nice. They allowed us to do a late check in because we had a problem and we couldn’t leave before 13, without paying nothing. 3 different person at the reception in 3 days but always available and gentle 24 hours. Absolutely the best part!

Our room was clean, and the desk attendant was nice and helpful. The facility was nice, and location was good, with easy access to subway lines in both directions. A pleasant single-night stay.
