Friendly staff, nice room, location close to coffee shop and restaurants, also close to a subway station.

Everything was the worse. The staff, security, space, service!

Staff was friendly and accommodating

The hotel itself! The rooms are very small. I did not that you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the very small elevator. Once you get off that elevator carry it up another flight.

Nice clean room with big bed.

I didn't like how disorganized the front desk staff was the morning I checked out as he charged me twice for local taxes.

Location was great

The staff were rude. The carpets were dirty. No elevators therefore not accessible to everyone. This hotel does not neat minimal standards for a 4 star hotel. Truly disappointing.

Cafetería

To reach the First floor you have to climb a lot of stairs with suitcases, without help 2 times the hotel didn't clean the room and the bathroom.

This was not a 4 star hotel. The best western is not in a 4 Star category. Along with they added much additional fees to my reservation and did not have the room I reserved available and tried to force me to pay for another room. I had to make a separate

Location and dated installations. Low end food service.

Staff was generally friendly.

There were bugs in the eating area. The rooms are very, very small. The smallest I've been in Paris. The location was average.

Nothing there were BED BUGS & my spouse and I developed a rash shortly after. The hotel offered no remediation.

EVERYTHING! There were BED BUGS! We got bit, developed a RASH and the only remediation was downgrading us at 3AM to a smaller room that was also dirty (smelled weird). They also offered us free breakfast next time we stay, which I NEVER would.

Water and treats in reception is nice.

It's an old building. So the elevator is in the mid level between two floors. This set up is common in Paris.

It was well located, very cute decor & had the right price! I would stay there again!

You could hear all the doors slamming in the morning which is quite loud.

The AC was not working and had to suffer for a couple of nights. Never booking here again.

It was a nice boutique style hotel. Balcony was nice.

THE AC was not working for two days. The lift was located a flight of stairs up. I had my little boy with me and it was EXTREMELY DIFFUCLT. We did not sleep for two days because the room was 80 degrees or more. TERRIBLE.

Bed was nice size and breakfast was good

Air conditioner was broken,no discount given,you had to climb stairs to get to first floor on narrow staircase(very hard with baggage)no fan given but portable aC given on our last night.

This hotel and its staff was amazing. My wife and I spent 3 nights for our honeymoon and we loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The room and balcony was bery clean and beautiful. 5 starts!!!
