I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very close to the metro and bus station, which made getting around really convenient. Everything is within walking distance, so it’s a perfect location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very cooperative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, really appreciated the drinks and snacks, staff were always helpful, very close to St Georges Metro stop. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was fairly small, and it seems the Metro line runs beneath the hotel, so you will hear a low rumble from the passing trains - it didn't prevent us from getting a decent night's sleep but if you are overly sensitive to noise it may be an issue.

Perfect location (clean area, safe, full of small restaurants to sit,eat) and staff- felt very good!

We have heard slightly metro passing by, but it was not uncomfortable due to that.

I like everything and the best thing was, they provided us the hotel key card upon checkout and said that if you are going near by the Galary shopping mall, you may use any Astotel hotel near buy to use there small soft drink bar free of cost with this key. this was very nice thing.

Airfreshner/frangrance could be placed in the room/washroom to make it more better otherwise everything was the best.

Staff and location

Small issue no shower curtain in bathroom so bathroom very wet after each shower, a small thing but an annoyance.

The breakfast was more than I expected, but the staff was what made this hotel excellent. The front desk managers, breakfast supervisors, and cleaning staff all went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and polite. I was already recommending this hotel to others while I was there!

A way to prop the doors open when using the family suite rooms would have been very helpful.

Great location right by Metro Station. Lovely staff and the facilities were great. Free mini bar plus coffee/soft drinks and cake in the lobby. Can also go to any Astotel in Paris to use their facilities for free as a guest. Room was a great size for family with lovely view. Very clean and well kept.

The metro trains can be heard rumbling away but it didn’t bother us. Some people might be more sensitive to this.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Downstairs and in the room, small snacks and tea/coffee/soft drinks are offered for free. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Things were clean. Bathroom was functional (nothing special, but did the job). Location of the hotel is good - with various restaurants and attractions nearby.

With the metro running under the hotel, you can feel the vibration/rumble occassionally/in some rooms. It's not loud at all, but sensitive guests will notice. I could use the internet with my newer phone without any issues, but my older phone wouldn't connect to the wifi (maybe an Android issue).

Location next to Opera just several couples on foot, which was very advantageous because it was close to bus and metro stations. Shopping area at walking distance.

the hotel is very, very close to the metro stop, very central to amenities and resturants in a very vibrant part of Paris. Small room but cleaned and with a fridge. It was perfect for our weekend in Paris.

Groundfloor : be ready to wake up early, if you sleep light. A bit noisy outside from working people inside. No traffic noise though

The room was good for our stay. Clean and size of room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location was also fine. Metro station was very close to move around city, and you could even walk to the Paris centre within 25 minutes. Would stay here again. The free minibar drinks was an added bonus

The ventilation at the bathroom was not working so there was an intense smell in both bathroom and room.

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious, the fridge was filled with good drinks and the staff was very helpful.

The shower’s faucet is in a very uncomfortable spot and the water splashes all over the floor.

It was mostly ok. The little mini bar with water and juice in the room and in the hall is free and you can also use it in every other hotel of the chain.

The room is small, but most Paris rooms in this segment are.I asked to clean the room once and nobody did it - the staff just ignored the sign on the door handle, which was strange.The breakfast area is in the basement and the food is kept warm by the little gas torchers (?) and the smell of it is awful. I had to go to the cafe to get breakfast by the end of my trip.
